Thinly disguised [Content Removed]. They charge a $50 consult each month for 2-5 minutes on the phone. Then you discover the actual weight loss drug costs $270 a month initially (plus purchasing required needles). This is just manageable for me. Be very very wary of dealing with these people.

The suck-in $50 a month is for the 2-5 minute phone consult ... everything else is very expensive and ramps up with increasing dosage level. With no mention of the price change.

Reviewing their website and it is buried many screens down about the inherent actual costs ... once bitten. Good bye NextClinic!

For ease of service they are good. But costs they seem to make things up. Continue on current dose = same price, reduce the dose = increased price to reduced dose compared to previous prescriptions. Sad as it’s so much easier to continue rather than change providers.

This was my first experience with Telehealth, and was very impressed with the registration process, and the prompt response from a doctor within 20mins of registration. He was polite and respectful, confirmed symptoms and relevant detail, offered his professional advice and then forwarded an escript which meant I could commence treatment within a couple of hours of initial contact. Thanks to such prompt intervention, I avoided further escalation/complications and now on the road to recovery. Overall, a positive experience, thank you.

Quick and easy to request a medical certificate due to cold/flu. Convenient for when unable to get into own GP. Received medical certificate quickly. Will use NextClinic again if needed.

I needed to get a prescription and it was a Sunday. I booked an appointment and received a call 10mins later from a GP. Sent e script via sms. Brillant service!!

I was impressed that the Doctor took time to listen to my concerns and symptoms, and provided lengthy advice before prescribing the appropriate antibiotic. I haven’t used this service before and I am pleased that it really did feel like the personal consult I wanted and expected.

Quick, easy & straight forward. I was unable to get an appointment at my regular GP clinic until next week, but needed a certificate to cover my time off for an illness now. This removed the added stress from being unwell & being unable to obtain a required certificate for work.

Beware misleading social media advertising - the $49 a month is ON TOP of the medication and not the monthly cost of medication. Just make sure you know this before paying $40 for a consultation.

Insufficient information on prescription regarding B12 injection intervals, chemist not able to provide or administer the B12 injection, was a waste of my $60 for the consult fee

Can’t speak highly enough of the service provided today. I required a script for medication I have previously had and from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure. Once I had paid and the appointment time confirmed the consult via telephone was immediate, no waiting. The Dr was professional and sympathetic. Would happily recommend and use again. Thank you for a seamless experience.

I tested postive for the flu and couldn't get a telehealth today with my own doctor. This was so easy and the doctor was lovely asking me lots of questions. I was able to get a Tamuflu script.

Excellent service. Easy to enter information into their system and once it was logged,I had a callback within 5 minutes. The doctor was very nice, noted my current medications and current issue, asked relevant questions and provided me with a script within 5 minutes. Very easy system to use and saved me a lot of time for a simple problem. Receipts and acknowledgements were promptly provided on completion.

Easy to use website. Doctor rang me back very quickly and was most helpful. Gave clear instructions and texted the prescription through within minutes. GREAT SERVICE WHEN USUAL GP IS NOT AVAILABLE.

I needed a prescription repeat and discovered my GP had retired. NextClinic came up on a Google search for a fast alternative. I downloaded their App, filled in my details, and a doctor called me in within minutes! He agreed with my GP's approach, issued a new prescription and sent it to me by SMS within moments of finishing the consult. It was fast, friendly and super efficient. I'll definitely use again.

They explain that they can’t provide a medical certificate for someone under 18 without a consult - but not that they’re not going to provide a consult. And you only find out after you’ve paid.

Horrible. Hello, I just paid $60 for a script which I did not receive. The doctor called for 1 min and said he will not provide the script. That was a waste of my time and money. Immediately refund my money now into my bank account:

The consultation was exceptional, the practitioner was professional and caring. She gathered all the information she required before prescribing and offered ample advice to assist me. The consult was also within 5 minutes of making booking. Highly recommend this service!

your doctors blindly follow AHPRA guidelines (recommendations, not laws) that say no HRT for women over 60. I want to find a doctor who does not always follow guidelines and will take each patient on a case-by-case basis. there was no way to know if this under-60 rule is applied to all your patients. i just threw away $60 to find out your help… Read more
