Inconsistent service and poor follow-up. I was initially prescribed treatment, but a repeat was declined and I was told to book with another doctor. When I asked for clarification before paying for another appointment, I received no reply. Patients shouldn’t be expected to rebook and pay again without clear guidance. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic service. Dr reviewed my script request and detailed info almost immediately after I sent it through. Great how if they deny the script for some reason they give your money back and provide you a detailed reason why by email, inviting you to make an app where you can speak with them about it. If it’s not just a repeat then you have to make a consultation app where you talk to rather by video but since I’ve just wanted repeats I haven’t had to do that. If that’s all I want and u get denyed theyl tell you why and refund you and you can redo it or do a consultation one. Sometimes they deny only cos i you just forgot to say your dr prescribed it previously or that you had been on it for at least several months or that it works well. They can’t just give you a repeat if they don’t know if those things are true it could be a different med and it is harmful to you they wouldn’t want that or the legal repercussions. If everything is true about the repeats tho and said like that they send through the script right away. Like in 10min. And no waiting to submit it. I literally go onto the site already parked in front of the chemist I know it will be that quick and easy. Which is what we woman need in a service when we are unfairly forced by nature to use medications just to function the way our bodies functioned most of our lives. Most women don’t even know why their whole bodies are falling apart. Once you figure it out you feel so cheated by nature and by the human races unwillingness (until now) to research and find fixes for or even acknowledge this problem. Being able to get my old self back without huge dramas is very important and this is by far the best simplest online dr experience I’ve ever had. I don’t want to go bak to my dr!!

Unacceptable. Referrals from “doctors” just copy your comments and paste into a letter. No due diligence - they just take your money with no actual phone call. Disgraceful.

I explained to the Dr. that the over the counter motion sickness tablets DO NOT work for me (tried them before), and they went and prescribed me over the counter medication!!! wait of time and money.. I cannot believe this! Why would I pay $50 for a consult if I could go and get over the counter medication myself!! NOT HAPPY

impressed with the registration process, and the prompt response from a doctor within 20mins of registration. He was polite and respectful, confirmed symptoms and relevant detail, offered his professional advice and then forwarded an escript which meant I could commence treatment within a couple of hours of initial contact. Thanks to such prompt intervention, I avoided further escalation/complications and now on the road to recovery. Overall, a positive experience, thank you.

I required new scripts and could not get into my own GP for over a week. The booking process was very easy, the call back time chosen and the call received. The doctor was very helpful, asked appropriate questions and provided the support needed. The cost is not covered. It is under $50.

My repeats had run out for my medication just before the weekend and my regular GP was not available. The process to get a prescription dispensed was very easy, efficient and affordable.

I was told I am okay with only one-2 days leave as soon as the call went through. I told the doctor my finger really hurts and also told him I work manually in the hospital but was only given 2 days off for 49.9$. I felt at loss

Charged $50 and given over the counter pain relief. What a joke. Actually could have just gone into the pharmacy and been given 200mg instead of the 100mg the doctor prescribed. Trash. Waste of $50, no help at all.

Easy to use and almost instant, I forgot to get a renewed specialist referral letter from my usual GP and I needed to do it online last minute. I just put in all the relevant details and I had that referral letter in my inbox within two minutes. Couldn't have had a easier or faster experience if I tried!

Convenient way to access medical advice and treatment. I received a call at the appointed time and the Dr took a brief but relevant history of my symptoms and gave me advice and sent through a script. The Dr was friendly made me feel at ease to discuss my symptoms. Excellent service.

After remedying the phone issues the consultation with the Dr was as needed. A very convenient way to get to a Dr for treatment. Nice to hear a local Dr on the phone.

Perfect situation for an existing medical condition with ongoing medications in place allows patient to rest at home and frees up Dr to attend to other patients at the practice very pleased with the process and speed of reply greatly appreciated

Cracked my tooth unable to book a GP appointment for the next day for a medical certificate for work. Obtained an online medical certificate via NextClinic process was very efficient paid a small fee. Highly recommend a great alternative when you’re unable to get a medical certificate via GP.

Very professional Dr that I spoke to. I logged a call and was told that somebody would call me within 2 hours. She rang me back about 10 minutes later. Got the problem resolved and sent me a prescription straight away. A lot cheaper than seeing my original doctor.
