I needed a prescription repeat and discovered my GP had retired. NextClinic came up on a Google search for a fast alternative. I downloaded their App, filled in my details, and a doctor called me in within minutes! He agreed with my GP's approach, issued a new prescription and sent it to me by SMS within moments of finishing the consult. It was fast, friendly and super efficient. I'll definitely use again.

Waste of time and $$$, couldn’t write a script because of a previous procedures had done apparently, maybe that should of been stated beforehand and I wouldn’t of wasted $59

Spent 30 seconds and got referred to a walk-in centre? I could have done that myself. Basically wasted $60 to be told nothing helpful. Additionally, on the letter I was given, it mentioned things that were untrue.

Insufficient information on prescription regarding B12 injection intervals, chemist not able to provide or administer the B12 injection, was a waste of my $60 for the consult fee

They explain that they can’t provide a medical certificate for someone under 18 without a consult - but not that they’re not going to provide a consult. And you only find out after you’ve paid.

Horrible. Hello, I just paid $60 for a script which I did not receive. The doctor called for 1 min and said he will not provide the script. That was a waste of my time and money. Immediately refund my money now into my bank account:

The consultation was exceptional, the practitioner was professional and caring. She gathered all the information she required before prescribing and offered ample advice to assist me. The consult was also within 5 minutes of making booking. Highly recommend this service!

your doctors blindly follow AHPRA guidelines (recommendations, not laws) that say no HRT for women over 60. I want to find a doctor who does not always follow guidelines and will take each patient on a case-by-case basis. there was no way to know if this under-60 rule is applied to all your patients. i just threw away $60 to find out your help… Read more

First time using NextClinic due to urgency. If you are aware that you can't prescribe Tamiflu unless for certain age group or high risk group. Please state it clearly on the website as I feel like this can be done better. Wasted my $60 for nothing. I have already confirmed I need the Tamiflu to get better due to urgent stuff commitment and confirmed no side effect on me which I have taken it before.

I booked and paid for an online consultation specifically to obtain a prescription, only to be told during the appointment that prescriptions for this issue aren’t provided over the phone. Absolute blessing when your sick full of the flu and the last thing anyone feels like doing is going into a doctors office for an appointment (that you can't get into same day appointment anyway) when you just need a certificate for work!

Excellent care. We had been to 2 local Urgent Care clinics and 2 local walk in clinics and got turned away. We were told the hospital won’t even look at my son as it’s not urgent enough. I placed a Telehealth appointment and was called within 30 mins.

I needed a new prescription, I jumped on this site and booked an appointment for 15 minutes time, the doctor called right on time. Very pleasant lady, very informative and sensitive on my situation. Would highly recommend

They make it easy to get a certificate if you need one As of recently I've to had to take time for my father and organising him so it's more like carers leave. But anyway they make it easier for you and it's great really it's great service

little cost, In less than 30 mins, I had the script I needed. Got the medication asap. Now I just have to give it some time before I feel normal again. I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for this service.
