Simple to use and extremely fast response – I work night shifts on the Weekends, so when I couldn’t make it to my Sunday shift and My regular Drs Surgery and all local surgeries were closed, I couldn’t obtain a Certificate which was demanded from my employer, I found Updoc by chance and had my certificate delivered to both my email and phone, whereas I was able to present this to my Manager on the same night, great speedy service, will use again if needed.

No more long waiting line just to see a doctor. Updoc has many online doctors ready to assist us with whatever we may need and help us understand any medication prescribed to us .. Thank you Updoc

I just needed a simple blood test, i knew what i wanted and the Dr was straight to the piont and easy to talk too, i like to avoid medical centres and the wait times. I was called back within 15mins from my time ordering the request.

I could not access a doctor in my town on a Friday and I found that I needed a prescription for a compounded antibiotic because 2 standard ones given me by the hospital had built up magnesium stearate in my system giving me hot burning pain under my skin. I got a new script from UPDOC Doctor before I finished typing! (No photos available)

Highly not recommended. Too many text messages and emails received from them on a short period of time ( like scam) . Once you’ve entered your personal details , you can’t get out of their system. Impossible to delete your record , despite everything normally possible done and contacted. Kevin W

didn't use the app for August and then on October 29th without my knowledge they took money from my card and I didn't resubscribe or used their services so i mailed them and they didn't explain why they took my money even after I cancelled my subscription and they are not ready to refund either. So I disputed the transaction with NAB and they refunded my money back so please be aware pf their scam and then I removed my card details from their app and I cancelled the subscription again(I didn't resubscribe so that was fishy) and I uninstaller the app) and after few hours, I received a message thanks for the subscription so it confused me again.So all updoc users please check whether you are getting charged even after cancelling your subscription

Better Quality of care and time recieved then most Drs. Also no waiting days or weeks to see or talk to a Dr. They Explain everything and give you the time you need to discuss results and any health concerns.

Booking a consultation was very easy and quick. A doctor phoned me very quickly and was excellent. Gave me information and symptoms to watch out for. My prescription arrived via email very quickly as well.

could unsubscribe from it. I was advised to contact my bank. The result was having to cancel my card to get rid of this - absolutely no assistance provided by the company and the hassle of having to get my card reissued. Avoid this company.

Definetly not good for long term prescription, if this is what you need then avoid. Used them for a script for antiviral, i asked for maximum repeats, they wrote a script with minimal repeats for a medication that is low risk and safe for long term use. Don't use Updoc, find an alternative. Seriously a waste of time and money. I attempted to use Updoc for a repeat of a script, only to find that the medication the Updoc GP prescribed was no longer available. The pharmacy cannot substitute an alternative without the approval of the Updoc GP. Many attempts on the app to resolve this, but just pathetic platitudes back from "Support". Paid $100 for a PCR form for a viral infection. They won't give me the results until I pay then another $100. Every page, every menu, every option leads to a bloody payment page. 2026. The Updoc website provides no means of contact with the business - no phone number, no email address, no business street address. The website offers only a screen button to request a consultation. I have not used this option because I do not want to risk incurring a further charge for an unwanted consultation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Updoc cannot give prescriptions of any use, only very basic stuff. I paid for a consultation only to be told by the doctor he cannot give me the script I needed. It’s all automated, there is no customer support available. A complete waste of time & money, appalling service.

They still charge you even if you cancel subscription and take off card details from their site. When you contact them they send you a generic email from someone named Monica. Don't risk putting payment details. Thay are a fraudulent site.

provider number needed to claim Medicare, Updoc eventually told me the psychologist was not Medicare registered with them and claimed I "would have seen this when you booked". I absolutely do not recall this being made clear. Had I known, I would not have booked the sessions in the first place.

There were also unexplained pricing issues, with sessions increasing from $169 to $189 online, plus a promised 30% first-session discount that was never applied.

The frustrating part is that I actually really liked my psychologist and would have continued seeing him. My issue is entirely with Updoc's lack of transparency around Medicare eligibility, pricing and the poor handling of my attempts to resolve it.

For a service dealing with people accessing mental health care, this simply isn't good enough.

subscription trap!!!!! they default you to a subscription, i get charged per month and had to cancel my credit card as there is no easy way to cancel the subscription and the customer support are useless and don't want to help you. IT'S A SCAM do not use this product!
