Simple to use and extremely fast response – I work night shifts on the Weekends, so when I couldn’t make it to my Sunday shift and My regular Drs Surgery and all local surgeries were closed, I couldn’t obtain a Certificate which was demanded from my employer, I found Updoc by chance and had my certificate delivered to both my email and phone, whereas I was able to present this to my Manager on the same night, great speedy service, will use again if needed.
The fact that you are very ill and have to leave your home to receive a work certificate just doesn’t make sense. With out it you don’t get paid and so the ease and convenience of Updoc allows for this and I’m so grateful
Love that I can stay home when I’m sick and not spend half the day trying to see a doctor in person just to confirm I’m sick instead of actually resting. Love Updoc.
If you have any issues, they are impossible to get in contact with. I haven't been able to log in to my account for months but keep getting charged, I had to cancel my card twice and spend endless time contacting my bank with still no positive result.

uploaded pictures on the portal for the doctor to review and I was contacted within minutes by a updoc doctor. I’m very happy with the outcome. I was sent a prescription to my phone and was able to collect everything that I needed straight after the appointment online. Very happy with the service they provided and highly recommend to anybody needing an online GP.

I used Updoc for a quick consult and it was really easy. The process was smooth and I got a call back pretty fast. The doctor was helpful and straight to the point. Good option if you need something simple like a medical certificate or script without going to a clinic.

Service is quite good and handy. I chose to pay a one off fee for each consult, but now over a month later they are charging me a monthly fee i DID NOT subscribe for. There is no way to call to request a refund and i have contacted them several times through the app with no resolve. This type of contact or lack off should be illegal!!!
If I could give a zero rating or minus I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They continually debit your bank account, even after cancelling subscription and you can’t contact them. They don’t respond to emails, no phone no to contact term. SCAM‼️‼️
These thieves took money off my account even though I didn't request a consultation nor authorised any fund transfer. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE, but they kept my email and got money off my account. Be careful when you're dealing with these thieves.
