Clinique -Total lack of Customer Service. After 20 years of purchasing Clinique's products, I'm done with the lack of customer service! I recently purchased several products using Cliniques online store. All but 1 item showed/confirmed my selecting, of size and colour of items. The lipstick showed a picture but NO written comformation of my… Read more
choice...... when package arrived I was dissapointed with the lipstick as it was not what I had ordered and contacted company. After 3 days I was advised I did order the colour sent..... End of story. Nowhere can I find the colour I believe I ordered, just my word against the big company Estee Lauder. IF your order dosn't confirm your choice DONT BUY IT....
NO MORE ORDERS FROM ME.

email with order deadlines to receive products by Christmas, 2 days AFTER the deadline. There was an online offer advertised in this email for 30% off ALL gift sets. They advise on the Clinique home page - "DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY AT CHECKOUT." However when you go to checkout and right through to payments - There is NO Discount Applied. There is NO ONE to chat with online on the weekends. I tried to copy and paste the relevant pages but unfortunately my private information comes up. I will be cancelling my Clinique Australia membership. If I Really want or need any of their products, I will buy them through Myer or David Jones. Of all the websites I buy from, I would have to say Clinique Australia is by far in the bottom 10 out of approximately 30-50 sites I use. SAD but true. p.s I am not even going to try MAC. It's a sister company.
Follow-up · Clinique has some very good products. I have used the site a few more times since my initial review and have found it inconsistent. Most of the products I have been buying are gift sets when they are on sale. Delivery takes about a week. What I don't understand is why orders are split and you receive 2 or more parcels for the same order via 2… Read more
Don't trust their advertising, it's a SCAM ! I recently purchased two products from the Clinique online store, I was attracted by their Black Friday free gifts offer: the 5 pieces gift with order over $120, and the All about eye serum depuffing with order over $160. In my shopping cart it was indicated that the 5 pieces was substituted with a… Read more
different 5 pieces, there was no indication of the All about eye serum is not available.
When I received my order the All about eye serum wasn't there but there is a moisture spray which I didn't order and I didn't need. I connected to their online chat but the customer service said gifts can be substituted without prior notice and it would have reflected in my cart(which isn't true because I did a screen capture of my cart it is clearly stated that: Enjoy the All about eye serum...). They should have substituted with a similar product rather than sending useless thing, it's a cheating !

Keep changing and discontinuing great products and loose your customers – I’ve been disappointed after finding out that Pore Refining Solution has been discontinued. I’ve been using Clinique products including liquid facial soap and clarifying solution for over 15 years and loved it. First they got rid of the nice unique smell that I got used to back when I started, now they discontinued a great product. I have switches… Read more
to Patrick products now and won’t be looking back. Thank you Clinique, just like that in a matter of a day you lost your customer forever and earned a 3 star only.
Superpowder terrible quality and over priced – I've used clinique products for over 25 years for skin care and make up. However recent price increases are not justified when the product quality has deteriorated. The superpowder now is so badly made that the compact breaks leaving wasted powder everywhere. This has happened on 3 occasions so I have lost a lot of money never mind the… Read more
inconvenience. I have complained to customer service to no avail. Moving to another brand now. Sorry clinique you're now poor quality over priced and lacking customer service.

Hi, I have been using your products for over 10 years and always love them, mostly buying from Myer. I haven’t had the time to go to Myers lately as I’ve been busy so decided to order straight from you guys on line. I got my box on time but was surprised at not getting free samples. I know this sounds weird but if I’m spending over $400 I… Read more
would have thought a few samples would have been a nice gesture. I’m saying this because Myer always give me either a free makeup bag, samples, lipstick etc, for spending an substantial amount of money. I’m not rich, I myself work in the customer care industry and always give my clients little free samples or a free blow dry on their birthday. So just giving constructive criticism to your next order from another client who might by online because I’m back going to Myer. Thanks for listening.
Great product. Highly recommended. My face has broken out with very severe acne and pimples just recently using Estée Lauder. This has never happened before. I have switched to Clinique and within two days my face has really improved. Even though the price is a little bit high I would recommend Clinique. Show details
Amazing! – I have had rosacea for years but suddenly my skin erupted. My face looked burnt and I had one very sore spot on my cheek. I have been using the redness solutions daily cream for a short time only and it has made the most incredible difference. Show details

Clinique Moisture Surge Sheertint Hydrator. I purchased this product recently, used it about 4 times and found it caused my skin to go red. I chatted online and was promised someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. It is now over a week and I am still waiting. Had the same problem several years ago with redness cream. It seems Clinique use… Read more
very cheap sunscreens in their products, which affect sensitive skin. Trusted they may have fixed the problem by now but obviously not! Still waiting fro a response and money back.
Don't Bother - Crappy Products & Service – Thank you for not answering my call & for discontinuing great products, only to be replaced by C.R.A.P. I have now called a cosmetic company that does answer calls, by a human...Yes...A human, who was only too 'happy to assist & welcome me into their family'. Clinique was once a great brand...Sadly, now overpriced cheap 'and nasty. Show details
An on-line Clinique experience – I have been buying Clinique products for all my adult life (over 30 years). But of late I have felt the cost-of-living financial pinch so have let my stocks run very low. Clinique's automatic bot that generates emails from algorithms enticed me with a discount to purchase - so I went on-line and chose my items. I just needed to purchase a… Read more
particular amount ($ wise) to gain the discount. I decided on my items and saw a gift-with-purchase in my shopping basket and proceeded to pay.
At the time I was at work and somewhat distracted so at checkout, I didn't notice one of the items, the gift-with-purchase and the discount had dropped off the order.
It was too late. I had already pressed the button to pay with PayPal and it all went through.
I immediately contacted the company on-line and chatted with Sarah via their "chat with us" option (it was within a minute of my purchase), and she said that she was unable to cancel or re-open the order so I could add to it. Clinique's only solution was for me to return the items when I received them. Which of course means I wouldn't get a refund until they received them back again themselves. it could take months before I saw my money again.
It's ridiculous, in this age of computers and with on-line shopping the norm, I would have thought it could be as simple as manually assisting me to add items (and for me to pay extra), to receive the special. But it seems it's all just too hard and my years of purchasing/loyalty didn't mean anything to Clinique's customer care.
Not letting it go, I challenged Sarah and I was offered a gift-with-purchase, as long as I purchased the item that disappeared from my cart.
I purchased the additional item to get the free gift (so more money), but unfortunately I did NOT get the WEMISSYOU $25 off so I still feel ripped off.
Overall, it took a very long amount of time and extra money spent, but I persisted and am somewhat satisfied.

Beyond disappointed in these products – I purchased the moisture surge aloe cream and recieved the bag of freebies with it - my first time trying Clinique in YEARS as my skin has changed so much and I’m desperate to find something to moisturise my extremely dry skin and I wanted to cry as soon as I put it on. It leaves this awful silicone feeling all over your face and absolutely NO… Read more
moisture AT ALL. It’s honestly the worst cream I have ever used. Same for the normal moisture surge - it’s exactly the same silicone feeling with no moisture added to your skin.
Not worth the money – I've searched for foundations that aren't too heavy on the skin. I was so excited to try the beyond perfecting foundation and concealer. I also tried the take the day off balm, and I was greatly disappointed. The products worked ok, but I definitely don't think they're worth the money. I'd recommend looking for cheaper alternatives. Disappointed- Even better Clinical Serum Foundation – I’m a longtime user of Clinique and decided to try a new foundation same colour so I didn’t need to be colour matched. I used it twice and had a terrible reaction. It is also very drying compared to the Even better foundation. I purchased this online and the customer service pathetic. no exchange, refund etc. I will re think brand loyalty after all the $$ spent on this brand fir that response Show details
Disappointing – Disappointed after using Clinique for 50 years. The gift with purchase is smaller and not worth my spend. In 2022 the value and size should be maintained . Show details
Products becoming unusable – A while ago Clinique discontinued their Instant Lift for Brows product. I loved the Soft Blond version as the colour was perfect, even though it was frustrating to have a rarely used highlighter at the other end. A couple of years ago I was persuaded by a Clinique representative in Myer Karrinyup WA to buy the Superfine Liner for Brows in Soft… Read more
Blond. I was going away on holiday and I needed something. However, on trying to use it whilst away, I found that the device would remain in the retracted position and was impossible to use! Not being able to find my receipt on my return, I tried to return it to Myer to be told that it had been discontinued so they refused to return it to the company and would not refund me, despite the fact that they could see it was faulty. I was not amused. Recently, I was excited to discover that the "Instant Lift for Brows" had reappeared on the shelves. However, imagine my disappointment when I discovered, once opened, that the colour would not even transfer to the skin of my hand, let alone my eyebrows. The assistant in Myer told me that the formula had been changed to satisfy Australian government standards - not much use if it can't be used. This occurred in the summer months when usually make-up is easier to apply! Moreover the eyeliner and lipsticks are still soft enough to be able to apply without a problem so why not the eyebrow product?
Not for older skin – "Even Better Clinical" Foundation. Was recommended by assistant for mature skin (with primer) because my previous foundation looked cakey - unfortunately this is the same. Not suitable for more mature skin. Show details
Clinique super balanced liquid makeup – I recently purchased this product and was horrified of the change in it, no good coverage at all and sticky to the touch. I was so disappointed as my friends were also, big mistake Clinique! Show details
Why are you still supporting animal testing? – You are no longer ignorant of the suffering animals experience re animal testing, I’m surprised Clinique still support it. I won’t be spending money on any Clinique product or recommending it to anyone until the company becomes conscious and compassionate toward animals. There are so many cruelty free ways to test a product. #dontsupportanimalcruelty
Clinique Chubby Stick – I bought a chubby stick two days ago because I could not get my old favourite brand of eye shadow - Graphite one shade has been discontinued. While it was applied easily to my hand at the chemist, it is a different matter putting it on eyelid. Why discontinue a good line and replace it with 'trendy' products which may appeal to younger skins. At a cost of $38 this is very disappointing.
Worst customer service ever – I already tried buying twice from their website but the shopping experience from beginning to end was terrible to say the least. And the customer service is rubbish. So I now always buy from other suppliers: Myer, Catch of the day.... I love the products, but be they have to work hard on their customer service.
Foaming sonic facial soap – Foaming it is, one minute dab produces so much it's incredible! However it doesn't feel very nice on the skin, and it's got a really horrible smell. Not something I'd recommend to anyone, although the amount of foam might make it a good dog wash! I was told on asking for my normal mild clear liquid soap that it wasn't made anymore, have since found that it is thank goodness Show details

Waste of time and money. Never buying online again. Terrible shipping and online customer help – Ordered an item and waited 3 wks. No updates so I spoke with online support, she mentioned item is in stock but then emails me a refund same day. Idiots. Show details

Clinique gift time – Clinique at Myer had gift time again, have been a Clinique customer for over 40 years and used to love the times you received a bag full of clinique products free at gift time, all very useful and you got to try new products. smaller in size. At one stage even bags were cut out, for a short while. Very disappointed as they also have cut out Continuous coverage makeup which I always use. Might have to look for another brand.
So many questions. No answers – My items didn't show up. After a month a part refund appeared in my account. Where are my products? Why only refund part of what I paid. There's no communication or customer service whatsoever. Is Clinique Online a scam? Show details

Good product but way too pricey – Good product but way too pricey. I've been using clinique brand since 2007 and I was and am very pleased with them. Great product for skincare, blemishes and acne. careful with the amount of the products I am using and how often I apply them, you can just overdo it (like I use to). Very recommended.
Complete Joke! – Ordered online, requested it to be delivered to a friend as a gift, paid the extra money for the gift wrapping to have the package delivered to myself and to my surprise their was no gift wrapping insight! Absolutely let down, how was I going to get this to my friend that lives nowhere near me. So I email Clinique for them to utterly ignore me. I plan on phoning them tomorrow. Never again. Show details
Redness Solution Make up – I have been trying since 0ct. 2018 ty of buy the redness solution liquid make up #2. I've tried in stores and on line but it is out of stock. Quickliner or Broken liner?? – I have been using your 3 step skincare kit for years and recently tried your eyeliner, I had high hopes and honestly I was extremely disappointed; I bought a quick liner eyeliner for my birthday from Clinique and It was the worst makeup-related decisions of my life. problem was temporarily resolved later in the day. Have tried again now and problem back again. Am surprised the company isn’t able to resolve these issues to enable customers to purchase its products. Very dissatisfying experience.

Foundation – I'm using the foundation but it doesn't last. Not happy as it cost a lot of money for the Clinique foundation.
