Brisbane One Apartments CLLIX – We visited Brisbane for a weekend and online this place looked ok but we were sorely disappointed!! We do not recommend Brisbane One Apartments for the following reasons. Floors and bench tops are dirty and stained. Everything feels grimy. Mattresses squishy and not comfortable. Blood stains on the mattresses. One room had mattress zipped together - we asked if we could have the 2 beds made up separately but it did not happen. No fitted sheets so sheets slip off beds. Tea & coffee sachets dismal quality. We arrived late on Friday & the following morning (twice) “cleaners” entered the apartment with their own keys at 0830 and 0900 barely knocking before entering. We cut short our stay because we did not feel the room is secure. We could not get out of here fast enough. Our room was also next to the gym and at 0730 am people were dropping weights on the floor - repeatedly. No information provided if you are delayed other than a phone number - we rang and spoke to a person barely intelligible. Certainly not 4 star at the most 2 star!

Never stay Here – Arrived to a dirty room cracked basin dirty floor oven filthy rubbish under couch cushions carpet stained and holes Roadworks till 3am ,Complaints met with no action reception did not list complaint till Thursday till we requested it again we sent email And duty officer actually came up 5 days into stay and took his own photos then offered us a new grill for oven and cleaner offered Washing machine broke down twice door could not be opened to get clothes last time late Sunday night where it took security guard 30 minutes to actually get door opened Alternate apartment should had been offered. This is not a 4/5 Star Accommodation After checkout I nights refund and an apology not good enough Holiday was completely ruined .Cleaning staff should be suspended.
Advertised price is not likely to be what you will pay – I made a booking for 1 adult, 4 children with the room configuration of 1 King and 1 Queen bed. I have just called to confirm this and told me there is the possibility of me getting a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 single beds in it, so bedding for 2 not 5. This would mean I will POSSIBLY have to pay $50 for three extra roll out beds. I have not budgeted for this extra cost so me and kids may be sleeping on the floor!! The advertised price and what I thought I was booking has been falsely advertised, they will not confirm my bedding. The price is not $500. It is potentially $650. Plus there is a $25 parking fee. Wotif should be ashamed for deceiving customers!
