good hosting – we moved to cloud made simple 3 months ago. Our website kept getting hacked our old provider wasn't doing anything about it (we are only a small business so we weren't playing much I guess). This new provider does the security work for us on our site and does a great job, the figured out how to stop the hacking attempts. would highly recommend.

Website hoster – We have been hosting our website with SimpleID for a couple of years now as they promised so much. They have all this customer service info on their website. Our website has been down for 5 days now and they still haven't returned a phone call to tell us why and at this point in time the website is still down. Would i recommend them as a website host, not if you have the privilege of options. Karl

Premium Pricing for horrendous service – SimpleID has been the email and web hosting provider for a number of companies that I have worked with over the past 6+ years. Invariably they charge exorbitant prices for a service that is well below par. I find cheap off shore hosting more reliable and better service then this company. being down at least once a week for a minimum of an hour for the last 3-weeks. Then when you try to contact them, every one of the 5 options on their phone menu leads to an engaged or busy signal. Even their own website is down!
