CLR Bathroom and Kitchen Cleaner

Bought this for my shower screens thinking it was a good product, but it has made no difference. Left it on for recommended time, scrubbed and rinsed. Very disappointed as it wasn't cheap ($13). A waste of money and I don't recommend. Show details

CLR - doesn’t work – Don’t waste your money. Simple water scale on a vase - used undiluted with repeated applications over 3 days, used almost the whole 1.5 lt. Doesn’t work - threw out the vase and empty container. Label states “It’s a Safe Choice” I agree, because it doesn’t do anything. Show details

Fantastic product! – Have tried using many different products that state they remove hard water stains from shower screens. Saw this on Bunnings website and watched it being used on you tube. really very happy with it and will absolutely be buying it again and again. Very strong odour so recommend wearing a mask when using.

Works well – Used it on very cloudy shower and soapy spa bath works well let it sit for a couple min then used white block gently rub came up well strong smell Show details

unpleasant smell – First and most important I couldn't handle its unpleasant smell. Second, it didn't really clean even though it was a simple cleaning job. Lastly, it spits bulks of foam that makes cleaning inconvenient. Show details

toxic odour – This is the most toxic product I think I have ever used. It smells horrendous and caused me to have trouble breathing. I would suggest that if you have a sensitive nose or skin then do not use. Show details

Made minimal difference – Disappointed as I felt it made very little difference and used it multiple times. Followed the instructions as advised, wasted of money unfortunately, also has a very strong odour even with fan on! Show details

Didn't do anything! – Shower screen glass was quite "cloudy". Tried CLR as per instructions on the website and did nothing. Tried again twice more, leaving it on for 30 minutes each time and giving it a really good scrub - but didn't make the slightest difference. Dud the job – Sprayed inside the shower. Waited the recommended time then washed off. Scum and mould gone. Shower looks brand new. Warming - you must use a mask as the fumes will choke you!

Asthma alert! – I found this product works well BUT I am an asthma sufferer and this product gives me severe attacks and unfortunately I can no longer use it. Just a warning for asthma sufferers a mask may help.

Nothing better to clean – I had issues getting my bathtub clean. With no effort at all it came clean Thank you ever so much. Nothing I tried got the tub clean. Tried everything and nothing worked

Doesnt work – I have tried everything with no success....I hoped this would do what it says on the bottle.. so spending out the money and fingers crossed..... i tired numerous times with this product on my shower glass but i was left disappointed as this product just didnt work :(

Soap scum, GONE!!!! – I tried several ways to try and get the soap off the shower screens and nothing was working at all, not even a little bit. I saw this in Bunnings and I thought I would try it and so I sprayed it on and it basically just wiped straight off!  Show reply

True Believer – I was originally skeptical as to if this product really worked. After seeing the commercial about 20 times over the weekend, I decided to go to Target and try it out. Great! – I have just about every shower cleaner there is, but nothing ever works as well as I expect...then I bought this! Our shower tiles really grab dirt and are hard to clean, but I sprayed this on, scrubbed with a brush and the tiles are as good as new! I'm really impressed, and while it is pricier than other shower cleaners, it's definitely worth it.

wish i tried this first – Our shower had marks on the glass I could never get rid of. I've tried nearly every product, toothpaste, bi carb abs vinegar, lemon etc etc. Nothing even came close to removing them. I was told they may be calcium build up. it worked. I soaked the glass for an hour, came back and lightly scrubbed it and it came up new. I am so impressed with this product and the ease of bringing the glass to crystal clean. I felt compelled to write a review to hopefully help others who are looking for that 'magical product'. Totally independent review. I hope everyone tries this product first like I wish I did.
