(Geraldton) Superb! Great product lines, huge stock and the best customer service in town. Can't say enough good things about this business. Competitive prices, staff are always super-friendly, well informed about their products and when I couldn't fit everything in my Prado, they delivered it for free! 100/100!

Great customer service – I was seeking a specific smoke alarm to align with current legislation and fit with our existing system. I called the shop where they confirmed that they had the item and were able to sell it to me in person (a couple of other places were not open to the public). I was then given great directions to find the shop and when I got there, the item was waiting for me at the counter. Excellent service. All on a Friday afternoon as well.

Excellent service CNW Murrarie – Purchased a Chef Cooktop and Wall oven from Tamra at CNW Murrarie. Accuracy of product description and service was excellent. The 2 products were delivered on time and person delivering even made sure there was no dents or tears on the outside packaging upon delivery.

Terrible Service, Made me feel unwelcome, Oxenford – I received horrible service at this electrical wholesaler, I was looking for a particular light socket, obviously they don’t stock, was mucked around, took too long, and the person who served me really didn’t know his products very well at all, I complained, got some wishy washy excuse and an email supposedly to show me that they contacted the person who provided the bad service. I won’t be shopping here again
