Had two cats transported from Central Coast NSW to Toongabbie Victoria, having been in transport for 30+ years being the state manager for couriers, air freight etc, the service received was out standing. Excellent communications with excellent care being taken for these two moggies. Van was exceptionally clean also, I would highly recommend.
Follow-up · THE VAN THEY USE HAVE INDIVIDUAL CAGES FOR EACH ANIMAL BEING TRANSPORTED, OUR CATS WERE FEED AND PROVIDED WATER DURING THERE JOURNEY. WE ALSO RECEIVED SEVERAL TEXT MESSAGES KEEPING US UP TO DATE. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL CARE. THE VAN WAS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. 5 STAR RATING FOR SURE.
Wonderful experience with Coastal Critter Carriers – I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Coastal Critter Carriers who recently transported my cat (Missy) from Melbourne to Sydney. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They picked up Missy from my Mum's house and dropped her at my place and she arrived very calm and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire journey. Their genuine love for animals was evident, and it truly put me at ease knowing that my cat was in such good hands.
I cannot recommend Coastal Critter Carriers enough for anyone in need of pet transportation services. They exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, Coastal Critter Carriers, for taking such great care of Missy!
