I was very happy with my experience with JetPets, it was such an easy process and he got back safe and sounds, I also got a flight tracker which gave me updates and alerts, so it was very reassuring. Thank you so much JetPets, he’s finally home!!

collected on time and popped into a carrier that had been sprayed with Adaptil to help keep her relaxed. We received text updates regularly after that to let us know how she was and at what stage of boarding the plane. In the end I saw her being loaded onto the flight as I had a window seat on the wing, and it was a comfort to see the Virgin ground staff check on her as she was conveyed into the hold.
The flight itself was smooth and on landing in Launceston we went around to the cargo building and retrieved our much loved dog in a few minutes without any complications. She was happy, bright eyed and didn't show any signs of stress or anxiety. Since our arrival she has settled into our new home and is experiencing the joys of a new garden to play in.
Jetpets staff throughout showed care, compassion and provided excellent advice and service.

the time difference was just amazing they collected rocket for me from a friend a house. They took him to the vets and got that side sorted and the updates were just great I was told all the staff fell in love with him im forever greatfull for everything they did for me and rocket and we can’t wait to eventually get back to Perth best pet travel company would always recommend

Jetpets looked after the relocation of our Dog Whitlam from Sydney to the UK. The whole experience was seamless. I could not fault them. Whitlam arrived on time ready for pick up. The only disappointment was he didn’t look like he missed me much. lol He was very relaxed and settled in his new home quickly. I can’t imagine trying to do this move yourself. Follow-up · Booking service with Jetpets was easy because l chose to phone the company. Efficient and friendly. I dropped off and picked up Oscar at their facility as we live a couple hours from the airport. Everything was on time. Pricing didn’t come into it as Oscar was flying to Perth from Melbourne return. He did the trip twice staying in WA for a several months at a time.

During travel time the team keep you informed of your pet's progress along the journey, and help get the pet through customs on both ends of the journey. I would highly recommend using Jetpets and I will be using them next year again.

Rocky unfortunately developed a wound just before travelling, which made us even more nervous about the journey, but the care the Jetpets team gave her was incredible. They kept a close eye on her injury, made sure her treatment and cream were continued, and kept us updated on how he was doing. It was very clear that both cats were genuinely cared for rather than simply being transported from A to B.
Both Rusty and Rocky arrived safely in the UK and are now happily settling into their new home and being thoroughly spoilt!
We are so grateful to Kate and the entire Jetpets team for taking such wonderful care of them and for making such a daunting process feel manageable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jetpets to anyone needing to relocate their pets, especially internationally.

From our very first call, Erin was brilliant. She talked us through the whole process, arranged all of our bookings, and helped us stay on track with pre-flight vet requirements, timing, and paperwork.
I also visited the Jetpets office in Perth to collect our travel crates and the team there were wonderful too. Everyone we dealt with was clearly an animal lover and incredibly kind, patient, and empathetic.
We flew all six pets from Perth to Hobart and received several updates after dropping them off and before they boarded their flights, including photos and notes from their handlers. Those little updates were incredibly comforting at what was a pretty emotional time for us.
Most importantly, all of our furkids arrived safely in Hobart and seemed fine when we picked them up. Our dog was incredibly waggy and happy, which was especially lovely to see as we’d worried that flying might be extra stressful for her because she’s blind.
We honestly can’t thank the Jetpets team enough. The communication was 10/10, the pricing was reasonable, and most importantly, we felt like our animals were genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey.
Everyone recommended Jetpets to us, and now we’ll be recommending them too. An all-round great experience and one we’re incredibly grateful for.

Do not let Jetpets transport your pet. Ever. I trusted Jetpets to treat my dog humanely. What I found at the cargo facility in Rome, after her journey from Brisbane, was heartbreaking. dog was doing. Given the condition she arrived in, I believe they were untrue. I believe she was never taken out of her crate between Monday and Wednesday. When we reached her, she was shaking, covered in faeces and urine, her coat matted with it. Her water bowl was bone dry and had faeces in it. The crate was littered with piles of waste, and hundreds of flies were crawling over her. This was not a safe place for a living animal. When we pulled her out, she yelped. I got water to her, and she gulped it so desperately she started retching. My dog is calm and gentle. I did not recognise the frightened animal in front of me. There was nowhere to wash her, and no taxi would take her. We only found a driver by offering to pay anything, which was really a clean-up fee for the mess. Forty minutes later, at home, she was still trembling. She refused food, which anyone who knows her would find unthinkable. She startled at every noise and kept her tail tucked between her legs. It took hours of warm baths, love and constant physical contact to settle her. I will never know what she went through. I only know the condition she arrived in was appalling and completely unacceptable for a company paid to care for her. If you love your pet, choose anyone but Jetpets.
The actual travel of my dog as far as im aware was all fine My wife who is heavily pregnant dropped the dog off at the meeting place for coolangatta airport only for the workers there to not give my wife any help at all! she was told to put the dog in the crate herself after she done this they then told her no lead or harness take him out remove… Read more
these items and put him back he is a staffy with alot of energy he has gotten loose and taken off down the road to which the workers made my wife try run after him while they had a laugh at her expense lucky for a man down the road that caught the dog and helped my wife get him back and then into the crate as the workers continued to do nothing and make remarks such as atleast hes had his run for the day

My pet's arrived covered in urine, my dog with a bleeding neck. Their app was supposed to give me updates, I recieved none from airport drop off to home arrival. I was supposed to recieve a call regarding my animals arrival, I didn't. From start to finish I have had to chase this company regarding welfare concerns with travel and my animals. Never again.
