the time difference was just amazing they collected rocket for me from a friend a house. They took him to the vets and got that side sorted and the updates were just great I was told all the staff fell in love with him im forever greatfull for everything they did for me and rocket and we can’t wait to eventually get back to Perth best pet travel company would always recommend

Jetpets looked after the relocation of our Dog Whitlam from Sydney to the UK. The whole experience was seamless. I could not fault them. Whitlam arrived on time ready for pick up. The only disappointment was he didn’t look like he missed me much. lol He was very relaxed and settled in his new home quickly. I can’t imagine trying to do this move yourself. appreciated the email and text updates once Pippa was picked up from our home. It was a long trip for us all, but we were happily reunited at Gatwick with Pippa, who was in good health. She settled really quickly into our Airbnb. I'd definitely use Jetpets again.

before flight we had a small medical emergency requiring medication. All of which they were very understanding and supportive about! I was easily able to contact them everytime timr I needed to update something and was met with so much kindness from Erin. Just note it is airline policy they can’t ship medicine for the pets so you will need to post those yourself prior to travel. And the superstar of our experience was Tahnia, I cannot say enough lovely things about her. I had my 1 year old in tow as we loaded up all 6 pets between the two of us, and we unexpectedly had an issue with one of the cats who became severely distressed. Tahnia was so compassionate and concerned about his wellbeing and really went above and beyond to care for him, immediately contacting their vets to organise sedation to help him feel more comfortable and spending time with them on arrival to help settle them. Even going as far to personally message me updates and videos of them. I was very anxious to see my babies off, but she truly put me at ease and took her time getting them all comfortable. We loved the little updates we got about their travels too, thank you guys for being the best! ♥️

From the very beginning, Sherol was incredible — calm, patient, and always addressed my concerns. She explained every step clearly, stayed in constant communication, and made the entire process feel manageable.
A huge thank you as well to the vets, Levi, and all the wonderful staff who met Pepper along the way. Every single person treated him with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. On the day of his flight, I felt completely at ease knowing he was surrounded by people who truly cared about his safety and wellbeing.
JetPets took away so much of the stress and worry, handling every detail and making sure Pepper’s long international journey was as safe and comfortable as possible.

didn't know where to start - Rachael was assigned as our dedicated consultant and was a pleasure to deal with - She was incredible patience with my calls, questions and emails - Always responding quickly and putting our minds at rest on the process, paperwork and keeping us calm.
Buddy had to go into boarding for 3 days prior to his flight to have all this paperwork and health checks completed - He stayed at the Brisbane Pet motel who were amazing, and again took my calls and gave me updates.
You get regular updates and emails from Jetpets with key milestones as to where you pet is and the next step. Buddy was picked up for boarding on Friday the 28th of November and his first flight was on Monday the 1st of December to Doha. Once in Doha he had an overnight stay at the state-of-the-art Live Animal Centre to stretch his legs, relieve himself and have some well needed food and water - While we were there we got an email post card from them with a picture of Buddy saying he was well and could not wait to see us. After his stay he flew to London Heathrow on the 3rd of December landing the same day.
When he arrived at London Heathrow, you immediately get updates for the Airpets team including a picture of him out of his crate in a nice comfy boarding pen. Then they keep you informed of the clearance process that can take 4-6 hours - once cleared and all government docs complete my husband was able to pick him up without quarantine.
Buddy flew well, we did a lot of training prior for him to get used to the crate which is so important. When he arrived in London he was well, healthy, tired and a bit grumpy but then so are most humans on a long haul flight! ha ha
I cannot thank Jetpets, Brisbane Pet Motel, Qatar Airlines, and Airpets enough for the care you gave our little boy - to see him reunited with is daddy over facetime was amazing and I can't wait to be reunited with them soon.
Rachael, words cannot express my thanks and appreciation to you - I felt like you became a close friend during this process! Your knowledge, care and attention to detail is outstanding - Thank you so much for guiding us through the fog of paperwork and preparation for Buddy - He is one happy little boy with his daddy now and I cannot wait to be with them too.

My pet's arrived covered in urine, my dog with a bleeding neck. Their app was supposed to give me updates, I recieved none from airport drop off to home arrival. I was supposed to recieve a call regarding my animals arrival, I didn't. From start to finish I have had to chase this company regarding welfare concerns with travel and my animals. Never again.
After my pets were booked in at the airport we received no other updates, they were on a split flight and I had to do all the chasing of their status. Unfortunately jetpets didn't live up to their glowing reviews this time.

We found it very disappointing to see that the photos and videos shown on the website differ significantly from reality. There was no Jetpets staff present to receive our cats upon departure, nor to hand them over to us at arrival. The crates we supposedly purchased and that were meant to be prepared for our cats turned out to be used, dirty,… Read more
covered in dust, and in very poor condition. Zip ties had to be used on the crate doors to prevent them from opening, and we believe that because of this, one of our cats injured her nose, she arrived at the destination with three cuts and blood on her nose.
I would never use this service again.

Definitely the best I have used over the last 20 years. At every stage of the transportation, Jetpets crew would provide updates of the dog including pics. Everyday, I received at least one email update of the dog’s wellbeing and the crew would routinely take the dog out of the crate for a walk whenever possible. Certainly the best! Show reply
