Jetpets

Jetpets were wonderful. When our flight was cancelled at the last minute in the middle of the night Jetpets were available ant 12:30 am and sorted everything out for us in literally 5 minutes. I can’t speak highly enough of this service.

Christy (dog handler) went above and beyound making sure I was updated and my baby boy Archie was safe and well looked after from the moment she picked him up from my house. Would 100 percent use jetpets again

We're extremely pleased that we chose Jet Pets. Not only were they quite a bit cheaper than the other quotes we received, the arrangements, communications, and care and attention they showed our little dog was absolutely faultless!

Despite a separation of more than 50 hours (Brisbane to Manchester) my 6 month old puppy greeted me like nothing had happened and he was as chilled and relaxed as always.

Although the route through Doha doesn't give updates, I do feel that with the excellent level of care from the staff in Brisbane and the same in Manchester, I have no reason to doubt that the rest of the team along the way wouldn't have treated him the same which was obviously a huge comfort to me.

Relocation to a retirement village meant Mums furry grandchild had to be flown ,boarded and delivered all done with so much care

Had a wonderful experience with Christy and the team at Jetpets in Perth for our sheltie Lucie. Very friendly and welcoming, ensured the hire crate was the right size, gave plenty of water and ice to cool her down given it was a hot day and treats to make her feel relaxed. Space to toilet and stretch her legs before getting into the crate and great updates throughout the journey. We were nervous before the flight but all that was eased as soon as we dropped her off.

Excellent service. Maintained contact with me at all times regarding my pets condition and status. Sent a picture of my dog to reassure me. My dog is 12 and was her first plane travel.

I flew my dogs from Sydney to Cairns last week and to say I was worried is an understatement. From the first phone call with Kira, to the delivery by Adrian? Perfect. Was very worried as my dogs are pretty free range and not crate trained. To ease my mind I was allowed to put them in their crates at Departure, and let them out on Arrival. They arrived very happy and chilled and ready to run amok at their new home. I can’t explain how patient Kira was and how her calm reassurance really got me through the process.

I cannot express how thankful I am to JetPets in the recent relocation of my dog from Australia to the USA. They were very thorough and thoughtful in all of my interactions with them. My dog Lizzy loved the staff at the departure lounge and warmed up to them quickly. Even with a Qantas cancelation the process was smooth and effortless. Thank you again for all your support and I would definitely use you again should we cross back over.
