Aeropets was fabulous in looking after my little girl Jolie to France from Australia with an extreme care, unconditional love & efficiency so we're finally reunited & happily again together! Despite to the longest ever journey of 30 hours in a direct shot - Jolie could endure well & arrived safe♥️ Forever thankful to the beautiful team involved of Aeropets for making possible this life transition for us! Aeropets assisted with moving our cat Moose from Australia to New Zealand. They did a fantastic job organising this and kept us well informed as he moved through his travel journey over three days, even sending some photos through. Would highly recommend

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Aeropets. I was initially quoted crate sizes for all 5 of my animals after providing accurate measurements and information. As a result, my dog was separated from the others, and I was forced to pay additional fees along with extra boarding costs, all due to their mistake, not mine. When enquiring as to where our dog had stayed for the two additional days, no-one could tell us and they couldn't even inform us if he had been put on the new flight. It wasn't until later that day we were given information, when he was already on the flight.

This added unnecessary stress during an already challenging relocation especially for our dog, and the lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating.

I would not use Aeropets again.

her did she pick up the phone to call me, even when I asked her to. Her disinterest and lack of responsiveness was frustrating to the point that I called the manager, who was almost as bad. Documentation was sent to me without explanations and I received ZERO assistance in completing the many forms required. They also made a mistake with the correct breed name, meaning all blood test documentation had to be re done to change the breed. Any issues that arose were always my problem to resolve, and it was obvious that forms completed for the South African agent were never even read, simply forwarded back and forth with instructions to fix “this or that”…and I paid them handsomely to supposedly deal with the agent here on my behalf. 3 days before my pets departure I was still waiting for her final travel itinerary, and no one would return my calls. When it was finally sent through there was no apology, or even a acknowledgement that they had not responded to my calls. Once she had left Brisbane, I never heard from them again. No one kept me informed of her travel status or how she was coping with the journey and her overnight stay in Sydney. They don’t care!!! The contrast was stark once she was en route to South Africa: I was contacted by PetPort in Johannesburg at every step,and they were so understanding of the fact that she is our precious pet, and we were worried about her. The only reason I gave Aeropets 2 stars is because she actually arrived….something I had grave concerns about! My advice is use a different company….all Aeropets cares about is money and they will make any issues your problem.

Avoid at all costs. found out that if flights can't be booked on the same day then our old fella would be placed in a cattery until the next available flight . When I started to ask about the conditions in the cattery, it all became too much and she just hung up. Very rude and extremely poor form.

Aeropets were excellent! Emily was exceptional and very responsive. I was apprehensive about shipping my pet so far but the whole process was efficient and hassle-free. I would highly recommend them! My pet arrived safely and well adjusted. I had been putting off this transit for a while but am so glad I went ahead and did it. My dog is small and shy but she seems to have had a great experience after her long journey. Thank you!

They helped me to transport my dog from Australia to Germany . Michelle is extremely helpful and easy to communicate. I had issue at custum in Germany and I had to call her about 12 midnight and she sorted my issue . Before this I had to cancel the ticket last minute and she could save the ticket for me .

Yes, I recommend Aeropets. I had a great experience with them! My fur baby arrived safe and sound. Aeropets organized Luna's transport from Australia to the United States with professionalism and respect for Luna's needs.

Was not happy when I arrived NO CRATE ready staff at the airport found a dirty crate for my 8 week old puppy had to clean the water bowl. 1 star for doing the flight booking.

We recently used Aeropets to transport our 3 dogs. The service was fantastic, our dogs were very calm when we picked them up. The crates were fine, the staff were very friendly and I could see they had given our dogs the best care. Not to mention they cost of Aeropets was very affordable compared to other pet services. We were very happy and will use them again.

No crate at airport for puppy. Rude insulate uncaring staff. Did not contact us about flight being delayed over an hour. Difficult process to even book a flight as they keep passing your information on to a third party. I don’t recommend this business if you care about your pet.

Very bad experience. Do not use this service – No crate at airport when we got there so my German Shepard was put in a small crate. No response back when contacted. Flight was delayed for 2 hours and wasn't contacted about that either. He was in a small crate for over 6 hours, that's quite cruel. Very bad experience Would not recommend them at all.

Great Petmovers – Have been sending my Cat from NZ to Queensland every year & back for the past 9 years. I have used many different Pet movers, resently used AeroPets & had no issues, they were caring & Professional. pricing was excellent, there are many Pet movers that charge large fees but are no better

poor company – would not use this company had our dog booked in from hervey bay to sydney when we arrived at the airport qantas freight they said the dog couldnt board as there was no aeropets representative there apparently someone rang from aeropets that morning and asked could the dog get on the flight without a representative and they were told NO and no one… Read more

bothered to let us know so we were left stranded at the airport and we couldnt boards our flight either after numerous calls to them all they could say was sorry so two days later we were able to fly back with our dog and out of pocket $1700 that was back on the 30/08 i have sent numerous emails and phoned them at least 8 times to be told the person i need to speak to will ring me back they are sick or in a meeting or day off it is now 15/10

Easy very organised – Very well organised company. They made the process of transporting my pup from vic to Cairns very easy. Especially when my pup missed her original morning flight due to traffic congestion/ major accidents. They still got her to me on the same day I was very impressed thank you.
