we used Truckit and found a great operator to transport a loader from Safelift Solutions, Dandenong to Goondiwindi, Qld. Seamless service, Truckit were helpful and Randal@AusTruckie did an aweome job. I'm please we've found them. Within time, on budget and great communication!!

by a string of missed "promised" dates. Communication was non-existent; they never kept us informed despite our constant attempts to reach them. Ultimately, they failed to deliver the bikes to the contracted destination. These delays ruined pre-booked trips and forced the rescheduling of an international flight at a significant cost to us.

Truckit.net explicitly promised that payment would not be released to the subcontractor until we approved the delivery. Instead, they ignored their own policy and released our money to Atlantic Transport anyway. When we raised the issues of the failed delivery and financial losses, Truckit simply washed their hands of us, telling us to "discuss it with Atlantic Transport."

They have your money, they have your property, and they do not care about the consequences of their failures. Save yourself the money and the massive headache—use a professional carrier instead.

windows had been wound down allowing dust and rain to enter the cab, water had accumulated in the storage tray under the passenger seat thus running the user handbook and service record, the lock had been removed from the toolbox, the left rear tyre was flat, the tow plug mounting plate was damaged resulting in the plug hanging by the wire and the tow hitch is missing.

Sold my emtn bike to a very nice bloke in Darwin and chose Truckit to get the bike to the buyer as quickly as possible, after a few quotes booked it in and was told it would arrive in 6-8 days. It took 7 days and the buyer was very happy. Very happy with the service and would use Truckit again.

driver would only answer when it suited. We tracked the bikes transport route via an air tag which was placed on one of the bikes. When we let on that the bikes were being tracked, the AirTag stopped working in SA. The driver had gone through the entire bike to find the hidden AirTag, removed the tag and threw it away so that we could no longer track. The driver was given the address to deliver the bikes, but he thought it would be better for him to drop them to the local train station car park- 1.2kms away. When my husband rang the driver to find out where he was, he advised that he was at the train station off loading the bikes. Total incompetence at its very best. Truck it should be more careful who they sub contract work to and take responsibility for their service. Would never use again

My car was transported from the Adelaide depot to the Melbourne depot. .Drop off and pick up went smoothly. Delivery time was in the expected timeframe. All good.

"Truckit" was so easy to book. Communication was always great. As my tiler was ready on a certain date, I was able to get a large pellet of tiles up from Sydney so much sooner than the actual tile company was able to get them to us. First provider cancelled, but Truckit were quick to investigate and waive the cancellation fee. Money was returned in full which allowed me to re-list and found another provider that matched my picky needs. Very happy with the whole experience and will recommend to all.
