Clueless and shady – Staff are clueless, prices are unjustifiably high compared to other outlets, usually see sick fish in the marine section. I purchased fish in store once and most of them developed columnaris in quarantine and died. Don't bother, in store or online. rate despite the fact none of their staff know how CO2 systems work, I assume they must take it to the local fire safety store as they say it takes "24 hours to chill the gas", yeah right!! Shifty as.

Stay away – I made an online order 2 weeks ago, they haven't sent me my order, I've contacted them 4 times before they responded to say it would be sent out the next day and would be overnight, 5 days later, nothing, I have since sent a further 2 emails regarding me order, I've called, no one answers, I've requested a refund and have told them that if I don't get a response I'll be reporting them to Fair Trade.

Never call the store. Useless! – I contacted the store to ask the price of a product which does not show in their online store. The person on the phone tells me he's just check online. Never going to buy from this store again!

DON'T DO IT! – I placed a large livestock order with these clowns, five days later it hasn't even been sent according to their website. Don't bother trying to call them as you go straight to awful music until a recorded voice gives you two options. Option 1 = Hear the stores trading hours. Option 2 = Speak to someone. ALL! It just keeps repeating until you have tried your options three times then it disconnects you. You can't even leave a message.

So I emailed them which at least woke someone up. They tried calling me a dozen times yesterday but each time they hung up before the answering machine could even pick up. I'm disabled so I can't get to a phone in 3 rings which is all you are worth to them. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!
