Poor customer service and communications – Pre booked my room through agoda. price was good and room clean as advertised. But highly annoyed when I tried to check in at 7pm at night, no one at reception, had to ring number, then asked to take photographs of my licence and credit cards, send through to unknown mobile number front + back, as they need another $100 for security...check in… Read more

took 45 mins and I was held to ransom. They never advertised this and they wont as its predatory, so be warned they just want your money
