appointment time. She phoned within an hour. The technician arrived at the appointed time. He was courteous listened to my story and made an inspection of my units. He then explained the options available in clear and understandable terms. I opted to replace my 10 year old unit. He informed that I would receive a quote by email. That arrived the same afternoon. I accepted the quote and arranged an appointment time. Again the technicians arrived at the appointed time. First impressions. They were again courteous and professional. They explained the need to access areas of my house. In carrying out their work they were respectful of my furnishings and polite at all times. They talked me through the controls of my new unit. The work completed, they cleaned up so that everything was left as it originally was. I can now enjoy a warm house. First impressions are important and so are lasting impressions. Highly Recommend ColdCoast Air Conditioning – I contacted ColdCoast Air Conditioning to replace a fan motor in our ducted Actron unit. Phil was extremely efficient and provided excellent service. The quote was very reasonable. Very happy with ColdCoast Air Conditioning and will continue to use again and refer to family and friends.

New low set build - Reliable & Honest company with a great price too – Of all the quotes we received, COLDCOAST were the most competitive by far and included the best gear too. Great service. Fast and reliable – Purchased my 2x split systems separately and got ColdCoast to get them installed. Can't faulty it. Very professional, serious on the job. It was 5 hours flat out of hard work and very nicely installed. Brackets and capping outside the house look very nich and neat.
