Hi, I have an eventemp stove and need to remove the handle to fit into our camp kitchen. I had done this on a previous eventemp stove I purchased and it worked well for a number of years but that unit finally gave up and I purchased a new one. I vaguely recollect having to use some brute force to get the old handle off but was hoping there is a more sensible way of doing it that I just can not work out. I have removed the underside of the handle but there seems no screw that I can access. There do not seem to be any diagrams or videos that help with dismantling this unit (had hoped previously to repair faulty burners but gave up on that job as the unit is made fairly tamper proof). Thanks for any assistance.

I just recently purchased the Coleman even temp gas stove and I noticed that some of the stoves during the unpacking in a few of the review videos did not have the griddle is this a mistake ?I was under the impression that that it came with the flat iron griddle, is the griddle a separate item?

Should come with the griddle, mine did.

We're on our 2nd Eventemp 3 burner. The first one replaced under Coleman warranty after 2 years. The burners on the old one were great, the replacement not so. We can only use one burner at a time as the regulator does not deliver enough pressure. We have tried with flexible hose to gas bottle and with screw in cartridge no good either way. How do we get a replacement regulator. We are out on the road now and cannot return to our original Anaconda store

I would like to know if there is a hose for a coleman 3 burner to fit onto 9kg gas bottle and if so how much it is and where can I pick one up from?.

It comes with a hose but needs a fitting to adapt from the 3/8 to the bottle. You have to use the regulator which is part of the small bottle hookup, which is a pain. Problem i have is the grill plate warped on first use so now can be packed up. Bit cheap and nasty fo a $200 unit, will be returning it.

I would like to know if it possible to run the coleman 3 burner on bottle gas like 9 kg bottle if so could you let me how much it is and where can I get it from?.

Can I run this stove off a 9 kg lpg pol type gas supply off a caravan.

G’day marika. Not with the fittings it comes with. You may be able to get some type of adapter fitting though. I’d talk to a gas fitter or perhaps at a BCF type store.

Does the Eventemp have a regulator within the stove or would I need a regulator on the gas bottle before the gas enters the stove David

I’m wondering is this a good unit for simmering. Some units a so hot and high powered and can’t be turned down enough. Also are they noisy?

Is there a easy way to Connect the stove to a gas bottle? I find it really tricky to screw the connector gas line on

Bec S, i would like to know the answer to this as well as i think the screw in fitting is a safety issue as it is very hard to screw it in and get a leak proof join. Why can’t the small useless fitting be changed to a universal fitting used on a lot of other camp stoves? Cheers Graham
