How do I make payments on my card balance without setting up a direct debit for the due date?
Been on the phone for over 70 minutes waiting for customer service to answer
I was accepted for the wrong card. They offered to downgrade the card but couldn’t promise that we’d get the free $100 shop. It was a waste of time and we felt that it was false advertising. We opted out.
How do you cancel a card. After speaking to 3 x people. Nothing has happened and I received yet another new card in the mail and a new flybuys card. Help.
So far I have paid off everything I know I've spent. I'm waiting for my next statement to see if I've been charged interest of my purchases again. I will do what you did. I've never had to cancel a card before. You've helped me more than me helping you!
Utilising the message link in your online account gives you written proof of your request then you can follow up by telephone to confirm the cancellation. You would need to owe nothing and have nothing pending or otherwise transfer your balance to another credit card which would give you a little more time interest free. Direct debits need extra attention and this is why it's such a pain to change cards.I love my Flybuys and that's why I put up with the Citi nonsense even though I'd had bad experiences with them in my business Life. Do you want customers or not? I hesitate to phone that number because last week we had to phone it when we received a wrong (secondary) card. We were on the phone for so long trying to get some sense into the women at the other end. Had great difficulty understanding them and they don't answer the questions we ask.

I've made a payment to the Coles mcard via BPay using the biller code and reference number on my feb statement and apparently since the migration my payments have not gone to my account. Calling the call centre is ridiculous, no idea. Have emailed and written to their complaints area to get an outcome. Has anyone else had a payment not appear since the new login has taken affect?
Yes and then the multiple late fees and excessive interest appear. Was told it is a common problem and will be resolved within 48 hours. I am still waiting after a week.

Why do I have to provide my ATM pin, my credit card and cvv no. just to register online? I need to access my monthly credit card statement to enable me to pay. I have been trying to contact these nos. 1300552710 & 1300306397 but unsuccessful. Any suggestion how I can contact coles master card management?
Got through to 1300 306 397 ok this morning (11 april) but no way I could understand the american accent. Asked her to speak slowly and clearly but that lasted for 1 sentence. Cannot access my card online any more.
