Coles Smart Buy Oat Bran

Oat bran is excellent! – I just have a few tablespoons of this on it's own with some milk and some quinoa seeds and stevia to sweeten. It fills you up but doesn't make you feel bloated and you actually feel good after having it so there must be some kind of food brain chemical thing going on with it . . Highly recommended!!
very filling when added to rolled oats – add a serving to a serving of rolled oats(porridge) and it fills you up really well, good for when you have late night hunger and you can fillup before bed time. I add sultanas, cinnamon, and a fresh date to flavour with a bit of natvia sweetner for a yummy guilt free cereal filling
Cholesterol – My cholesterol was 8.9 and the only thing I have done differently is eating 1tbs of Oatbran a day and it's now 5.9. It helps me to feel full so helps with weightloss and it is inexpensive and not bad to taste so all in all I highly recommend it for everyone. Inexpensive and healthy
Excellent – Excellent, healthy product, no fancy packaging but I have plenty of containers so that isn't a problem and is probably better for the environment. Healthy product at a great price. I am impressed with this. Okay, the packaging is plain but the price is dead cheap and you get a decent volume for your money. I bought it because I read in the paper that oat bran is one of the healthiest things we can eat for breakfast but I couldn't see much plain oat bran about. There is nothing I dislike as such but I can't imagine eating a bowl of this stuff by itself. What i do though is mix it with quick oats and cook it that way.
Just what I needed! – This is a much needed product for those following the Dukan diet so my family uses it daily - but why has my local Coles stopped stocking it?? I mix it with cottage cheese and an egg to make a "pancake" - very simple. I certainly wouldn't eat it on its own, but it could be a supplement for fibre on other cereals. It makes a tasty galette, a core component of the Dukan diet
