1 B P.  · "Peaches" are disgusting, dry, tasteless, expensive. What a nerve to pass these off as edible.
5 Dave Nichols Coldstream  · My wife and I started eating Coles Kitchen products about two weeks ago - love them - so many variations and the tastes are excellent
1 Unhappy mark  · Coles simply garlic bread is simply rubbish dry with no taste of garlic. Stay clear of this product....
1 Juleen T.  · All the staff provided disgustingly bad service. Face look like trash
4 Rocknrola  · Clean and well stocked friendly staff but could still use more checkouts to be manned.
1 Belin  · Disgraceful how they make seniors line up for so long at the 1 check out! Shame on you!

Why have the so called Coles Jumbo Rolls shrunk so much. They are now more like dinner rolls. This has happened at two supermarkets in Tarneit and Hoppers Crossing. The manager at Hoppers said it’s because they have a new baker. ACCC should have a look at all Coles supermarkets and how they’re ripping off customers Show details

Recently in Coles Mount Gambie,r the exit security gates failed to open. In this situation it was very dangerous. These pretend electric exit security gates had to be simply forced open to exit the store. Alarms sounded that only made the situation worse. Coles have to consider shoppers with disability or stop the discrimination against people… Read more

who function differently.

I think we are all aware of Coles tactics to maximise profits, but when it compromises safety and compromises people with disabilities then it's beyond reasonable.

I will not be shopping at Coles and will choose a more inclusive supermarket to avoid this kind of conduct.

I have also reported the incident as a discrimination tactic.

The gates need to be removed as they are clearly unreliable I was told by someone in the store after thos whole mess unfolded.

Bought product today (coles kichen real fast food chipotle cheese Guacamole & corn chips) pull plastic back to half way and the plastic wouldn't come off. I pull until it rip off with all the biscuits flying everwhere. So I didnt get to consume most of the product, very disappointing. I will never repurchase it. Coles needs to do better. I pay a lot of money for organic bananas that are mostly rotten in a couple of days. They were good months ago. This week alone I've had to throw out maybe 10 bananas which were very black. $$$ 6.50 a kg.

Don't buy any electrical item from Coles – I bought Thomson 12L AirFryer from Coles and after 3 months here we are. Nothing works other than digital displays and lights. The warranty says to return it to the place of purchase, and it was 86 days; but Coles don't accept it. If they can't handle returns for electrical products (at least within 3 months), they shouldn’t sell them. I am… Read more

contacting the THOMSON AirFryer company and going through it, what a waste of time and money!

Update: THOMSON support team is far hilarious. They expect me to drive 20km and courier the air fryer at my expense.

I purchased the Coles Coffee Beans (Strong Full Body Intense 10) and was extremely disappointed. The coffee lacks depth, flavour, and body, and produces almost no crema when extracted. The result is a watery, flat cup that doesn’t reflect the “intense” label at all. I would not recommend this product and won’t be purchasing it again. Show details

Well it's hot cross bun season and Coles have let the bunny down.. To save spending money on fruit in the bun is fine but the Fruitless buns also have a shortage of flavour and colour.. Inefficiency at its core for a hot cross bun.. might as well be a slice of bread with flavoured butter.. I'm not impressed with this version of hot sad bun.. Show details

Shopping at Coles this morning and grabbed a quarter leg of ham as they were on special and noticed it was incorrectly priced so I thought I would test there it is free if it is over priced policy and informed the girl at the check out after which she went and checked that I was correct and then she tried to change the price at the check out. I… Read more

told her the policy is it is free so she got assistance and this old wench came over accusing me of all sorts of nonsense about sorting through products and trying to scam things for free, there were 3 Hams on the shelf and that was the first one I grabbed so I told her to stick it and left. But here is the thing I will never shop at over priced nasty Coles again, am now a converted Aldi shopper.

I have been a member of Coles Plus Saver ($7 per month) and Coles Plus ($19 per month) for over 12 months. This is what I think. Coles online always have stuff out of stock. And I had a consultant confirm that Coles online do not run an inventory system; so the App and website allow you to order and expect things that will never be delivered… Read more

because they never, ever had the stock in the first place at my local store. For example, once I paid $135 for an order and was charged $65 because everything was out of stock and I hate their substitutes; so I always turn them off - if I remember - If I do not remember then I get groceries I would never use or eat as I am a diabetic. SO even though I pay for free delivery I have to get in the car and go to Woolworths and do a shop. Coles Plus Saver and Coles Plus for me is a complete waste of time. So I am saving $27 per month and doing the grocery shopping the old fashioned way at the shop pushing a trolley- more community that way.

Called into Coles Manor Lakes to purchase eggs couldn't find them anywhere. Asked service girl to be told they in isle six. So now they putting eggs in isles & not refrigeratored now. This reduces the shelf life of eggs. Would never buy eggs off the shelf.

For over a year I've been watching the price of a jar of coffee dramatically rise in Coles compared to the same coffee (made in Germany) from Aldi. I was shocked today when I bought a jar of coffee at Coles and it was double to what I paid only last Saturday at Aldi. After checking Aldi's prices today, I notice they have increased their price… Read more

somewhat which I don't mind. I just feel we are being somewhat hoodwinked by Coles in so many departments that it's difficult to gauge true value. Here's my proof if you're interested. BTW ...the coffee is simply amazing

Sweet corn on Coles web site $1.00 each, in store $1.50 each, I was told the $1.00 was on line price to incentivise you to shop on line. Disgusting, they get you one way or the other. I am now incentivised to NOT SHOP AT COLES. Show details

Follow-up  · Did not check other Coles stores. No, it was supposedly fresh corn cobs. I spoke with 2 Coles attendant(s), employee's, thats who told me it was an online price only, not in store price and to incentivise on line shopping. Definitely not on line shopping for me.

I recently purchased canned chopped tomatoes, at least that’s what the can said. There were only coles brand chopped tomatoes available that day (for a dish my family has loved for 40 years). Honestly if I wanted tomato juice, I would have bought… Read more

that. What I got was a can of tomato juice with equivalent of maybe one tomato chopped roughly into the juice. With the profit you make from us surely you can do better coles. My family hated the dish this time.

Follow-up  · Refuse to purchase food items from coles apart from milk and maybe bread. Coles brand foods is just plain rubbish and coles should be ashamed of what they’re selling to their customers. Not like you don’t make enough profit from us? You can at least put some tomatoes into a can of ‘chopped tomatoes’ with some of that profit. Coles embarrassment.

Halal meat not disclosed. I just found this out yesterday and am very concerned. You betrayed my trust. I would never ever purchase meat from Coles again. I have a right to know what I am paying for. Legally you don't have to label but this is disgusting.

Follow-up  · I have now asked staff. Turns out it is dependant on store locations. No there is no labelling apparently as is not required by law. Unsure which meat but would probably be all the meat.

Coles’ Simply Beef Lasagna is superb. I’m not normally into TV dinners and such but this product is scrumptious. And the price, just over $3, is very affordable. I hope they never take it off the shelves. It cooks up great in a microwave too.

Why are customers in Coles and Woolies slugged for paper bags rather than plastic? Whittakers Fruit & Nut chocolate blocks not on Coles shelves. I've long been suspicious of the relationship that Cadbury have with Coles and Woolies. Whittakers is a far superior chocolate. Whole fruit, whole nuts, less sugar and more Cocoa. Why is it not on the shelves? Cadbury fruit and nut is a block of sugar with broken nuts and hard crusty fruit. Don't we deserve a choice at least? Show details
