Over 100gr under weight
bought coles 500gr lamb shoulder, weighed 357gr including all added liduids.. how can Coles sell an item at top dollar and be well under weight?
Will never shop at Coles again
You have millions for ads on TV but no one to answer the phone
at your Warringah mall location.
Busy is probably the excuse you'll use but not a reasonable one.
I purchased a tray of drovers choice rump steak for a casserole but could only salvage about half of it because the rest was fat & gristle, very disappointing with the whole pack, it all was actually no better than dog meat

Great supermarkets near me
My local store looks inviting and very neat. The checkout staff are always very polite and happy to help. I wish the app was better and able to shop online from the app.
How can you justify selling cucumbers for $3.50 each? Crazy go to spud shed there only $1.50. Capsicum $10.00 a kg at coles at spud shed there $3.00 a kg. How crazy the difference from one shop to another. I don't understand how coles can charge these crazy prices. I don't shop a coles any more your stupid and crazy if you pay these prices
Coles Kippa-Ring refusing to pick up trolley from footpath - first requested this 5 days ago
We requested removal of their trolley 5 days ago. We keep following up and each person just says it will be forwarded to someone but obviously nothing is happening. The trolley is in Longland Street REDCLIFFE and if anyone would like a free trolley please help yourself.
Overall quite happy. I shop at coles Lane cove from time to time and noticed the staff there aren't policing social distancing rules, for the customers.
Hope it will change once it's moved to the new plaza.
Everytime I ask a member at Coles for help finding an item they seem so rude, like I distruped their whole day by asking a question. Some are very nice but most are rude. Had to go Woolworths for what i wanted
Treatment of people with disabilities suck
I don't care to explain all my health issues, the only thing reliant here is I am on the Disability Pension. When Covid19 started I was put on a list for "extra assistance" which NEVER worked regarding deliveries. They also opened a 7am to 8am time slot for old age and disabled people. When I went to that (which is extrememly difficult at 7am with my conditions) the store had more people than normal (whic isn't their fault) but what was there fault was the COMPLETELY EMPTY SHELVES! To which I was told they don't restock them until mid morning o...r when they have time. WHich made that empty gesture insulting as well. NOW TODAY - After being ill I tried to buy some emergency items at my local Coles and they had placed a 2 litre limit on Soy Milk, I am not able to drink cow milk even if I wanted to. No ecception for disabled people who cant shop anytime they want. Nope I have to make another trip on a separate day, which cost me money despite insurance, for travel. All because they are incompetent at restricting items when over the last week people bought them all up. Stupid me was stuck at at the hospital when i should have been monitoring coles rules. As the store attendant told me "there has been a sign for a few days stating there is a limit (while i was under medical treatment mind you). Well screw me, clearly its my fault for not being selfish and hoarding a month ago, just in case. Screw coles, Woolworth it basically the same store but at least they have always treated me with respect
Awful Coles own chicken & bacon pie
This is supposed to be a meal for 2.
Under the acceptable puff pastry topping is a greyish sludge. This sludge contained just one piece of chicken about the size of my thumbnail and a few tiny pieces of bacon.
A meal for two!?
If this is the standard of Coles own brand, I will never buy their produce again.
For a national supermarket chain this food was a disgrace worthy of a 3rd world country.
In fact, I've eaten better in a 3rd world country.
Convenient, but expensive
Coles is dearer than Woolies / Aldi, also not as fresh, but I live next door to Coles so I only go for the convenience, staff are in their own little world, not helpful, don't know anything.
Rude staff, poor COVID compliance, dreadful store fit-outs, call centre rubbish. Woolworths every time from now on. Coles are the Telstra of Supermarkets, Woolworths are the Optus. Yes. Product quality is poor and no cheaper than Woolworths. The only thing that is cheaper is their brand (from people to uniforms to store fit-outs, marketing. Just dreadful. I cannot believe so many people shop there. Mind you, I cannot believe Trump is President of the greatest economy and Military in the World so......

Good quality Coles brand products
Coles home brand products are of very high quality. They are comparable to those expensive branded product. I have purchased their long life milk, canned tuna fish, oats, frozen pea and ice cream. The best product is the chocholate cookies, so crunchy and so much chocholate.
Coles Westfield Doncaster
I have been to Coles Westfield Doncaster many times to purchase household items and found the customer service level deteriorating over the years. Staff especially silvana from the store management unhelpful, very rude and arrogant to customers. What a waste of resources for Coles to engage such incompetent and poorly trained staff to constantly damage its corporate image. Very unpleasant shopping experience.
Please add flavour, no herbs or spices very bland and needs work
Please add herbs, spices, cheese, garlic and add to very dry dinner
Sorry you don't review because it is short and no positive!
Poor Coles Customer Service
I refer to the above matter and I would like to make a strong note about customer service at Coles, Burwood One Shopping Centre, Victoria. On 25 May 2020, I made two separate purchases through two separate self-checkout machines on two entries. In the first instance, I made a purchase of $7.00 for a packet of frozen duck called "Luv-A-Duck". I left Coles and went for a walk at another shops within the shopping centre. As I returned to the common area near the foodcourt (in front of Coles) to wait for my daughter to go home together, I decided ...to re-enter Coles to buy something to munch as I was feeling a little hungry. I decided to buy a pack of biscuit "Sakata" rice crackers for $1 (on weekly special) and used the self-checkout machine (another machine that is different from the first payment) to pay for the product. When I paid $1.00 for the biscuit, the machine did not issue me a receipt, although I waited for a few seconds for the issuance of a receipt. As I was leaving your store after payment, I was stopped by one of your staff (a middle-aged lady) who was patrolling the self-checkout area and asked very loudly if I have paid for the biscuit. I confidently told her "Yes, I have paid for it less than 30 seconds ago". She then told me that "I did not see you paying it and the machine says that you have not paid". I told her I was puzzled and I did not understand why as I have to wait for few seconds for the receipt. I reiterated to her that I have paid with a dollar cash and told her to please check the machine. She told me she can't check as it was difficult! To be told that she can't check the machine for the purchase which I just made less than 30 seconds ago was absolutely non-sensical as the evidence of purchase must be in your (Coles check-out machine) records! I understand that sometimes machines do have malfunctions, but to say that you cannot check the machine whether I paid or not is NOT ACCEPTABLE. It is simply ABSURD. At the same instance, she also brought up another question whether I paid for the frozen duck "Luv-A"Duck" which was in the Coles shopping trolley. I told her "Yes, I did too. That was about 30-45 minutes ago, but I did not opt for a receipt when asked by the self-checkout machine" as all customers are given the options to have receipts issued or not. That was why I could not show the evidence of purchase in the form of a receipt. As there was no receipts issued on these two purchases, I then demanded your store Deputy Manager who was also present at the time to check the two machines which I used to pay for the products. I told them I could clearly remember how much I paid for those products. I have also demanded him to check the CCTVs as another evidence of purchase as I observed that in the self-checkout area, there were at least ten overhead CCTVs in place. Therefore, surely there were video records detailing my actions of paying for the merchandise on those two separate occasions. He (deputy manager) smiled and told me that "It’s just sounds funny to have someone walking back into the store 30-35 minutes later after the first visit". My daughter and I were VERY SHOCKED by this statement made by the manager and I asked him since when Coles does not allow customers to re-enter the store or there is a limit of the number of visits for same customer(s) after each visit to your store that we are not aware of?? He then reassured us (my daughter and I) that anyone can re-visit without limitation to the number of visits. But he told me to let "someone" know that I have a product in my Coles shopping trolley without a receipt with it. I then asked him who I should be telling to; he (and another male Coles staff) was dumbfounded at my question. After all hard reasoning to the relevant staff that I have paid for all my mechandise, one of the other staff finally managed to issue me two separate receipts for the duck and biscuits. The deputy manager told me that "the issue is resolved". But I insisted this issue is NOT resolved and must be brought to the higher management that the whole system of self-checkout payment and the options for customers for a receipt (yes or no receipt) is wrong and defective if Coles staff demand proof of purchase from customers. I told the deputy manager that Kmart has no such receipt-issuance options and always issue receipt after every purchase. Coles staff told me that Coles supermarket and Kmart are NOT in the same group of companies, therefore they operate differently. The store deputy manager told me that he will raise the above issues to the higher management and I hope he will keep his words for it for the sake of all Coles loyal customers and the credibility and trustworthiness of Coles as one of the biggest supermarket chain in Australia.

what is the Store health & safety policy in respect of 'on the job tobacco smoking'?
employees -wearing Coles identity branded vests regularly gather at the entry from carpark to store (within the confins of the building) and eat & smoke. The area is the main access to the retail food & fast food halls.
correct me if i am wrong -- my belief is 'smoking'is prohibited within public buildings.
Last sighted 23rd & 24th May 2020.
Have you complained to Coles or the centre management of Castle Towers or the health Dept. I dont know why you would be complaining here for in the1st place on a public review forum.
It happens in every shopping center across Australia If you are that worried about it use a different entrance or shop on line or stay home
Why are toilet rolls still being sold in blocks of 32 rolls. Sizes of 8 or 10 may give everyone a chance to have some. I went to your randwick store. By the time the elderly went through the shop 7am to 8am they cleared it out again. Maybe 30 mins would be better. We also ended up buying a lot of our shopping also at harris farm while we waited until we could get into coles. These arrangements are bad for your business. Thank you for your time. Darryl.
do you still have samsung galaxy j2pto for $89 and if so where?
