After years of having my dentist comment on the proliferation of plaque and gum bleeding I had, six months ago I decided to give Colgate Plaque Release a go. Talk about results. I noticed within weeks that any gum bleeding during brushing hade disappeared and I actually ‘felt’ the plaque releasing. Visited my dentist for six months checkup this week, and he could not believe the change in my mouth, only did a quick polish, rather than the usual scrape and clean. Personally I had committed myself to having gum and plaque problems for over, but now that is a thing of the past. Do not normally do unsolicited reviews but after my dentist’s comment I felt I needed to share.

New from Colgate! – Colgate new Plaque Release: Reviving Cool Mint Toothpaste, was surprisingly mild & not as hot as some toothpastes can get. It's gentle foaming action is apparent from the time you start to brush your teeth. The foaming is more apparent with an electric toothbrush rather than a regular toothbrush. After using Colgate Plaque Release Total 12 Toothpaste, twice a day, not only did my teeth look cleaner, they felt cleaner & my food even tasted better! Good 1 Colgate!
