Biomin isn't balancing the pH in my mouth anymore). Now I'm desperate for another tube, that's how good this stuff is. My 3yo son can use it too.

Stains visibly less after use. Flavor is great and not rinsing after brushing has never been an issue. Loves dinosaur on tube!

is nowhere to be found. Apparently whoever packs your orders doesn't read them first or something, not sure, either way, I am missing an item on my very first order, and you not providing the invoice with the order is likely the weak link in the chain, since the person packing would probably have noticed that the toothbrush was missing if they had it there on a piece of paper when they sent it.

Haven't even used the product yet but so far, can't give more than 3 stars even if it's fantastic. (lowered to 2 stars after the response from their CS)

Emailed them and to their credit I got a reply straight away, but not their credit, offering a refund which will take 2 weeks to happen because that is how banks work, or add 2 toothbrushes to "another order" because it's "too costly" to send a single toothbrush.

Considering this was my first order and it wasn't correct, do you think I'll make another order that I now believe you will only mess up again, since my success rate so far is 0% for getting what I ordered?

I'm afraid ordering again is not happening now, if it "costs to much to send a single toothbrush" then don't forget to pack them when you send the rest of the package! Wear the cost of fixing your mistake or lose a customer that has only made a single order before they even opened the box.

I guess no matter how good the product is, the packaging department and customer service just don't justify another order. You're just another incompetent company to me now.

My children like the Strawberry flavour but not enough to eat it out of the tube. After 6 months of use my youngests staining has improved greatly. My eldest has braces and it is peace of mind knowing we are doing the best to protect their enamel. Show details

This works so well on my teeth. The only thing I don't like is the lack of strawberry flavour, I would love to see more flavouring added to make it taste nicer. Despite that I will keep using it because I love the results! I can't use mint toothpastes due to a sensitivity to mint so I'm glad to have this option.

Good for enamel hypoplasia – We got this for my 8 yr old son because he has enamel hypoplasia, so his teeth are more vulnerable to decay and he really needs to look after them well. After using Biomin for a year, he has had no problems with his teeth at his last two dentist visits and they have said to keep using the Biomin for him, so it seems to be doing the job. Show details

might factor in. I highly recommend BioMin Strawberry for those who need a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and don't want mint flavour. I would love it if there was no flavour at all in the toothpaste but I seem to tolerate the strawberry flavour (which doesn't taste like strawberry to me).

Good for those who have mint allergies – I love this toothpaste! I’m allergic to mint toothpaste and this works well for me. It foams a lot so you only have to squeeze a very small amount on compared to other toothpastes. I felt my teeth also started getting whiter after a tube. Will be back for more! Show details

Great taste – Kids happily use this toothpaste as it has a mild taste. I can’t say it’s radically improved their teeth health though. 6yo still requires some dental caps after 6 months of use. Great for kids. Will order again! – My child can't use tooth mousse due to dairy allergy. I found Bio Min as an alternative and ordered this from their website to try it out. He has been using this for the past 1 month and he likes the taste from very first use itself. Also has no issue with not rinsing after brushing. It's a great protective toothpaste for kids. Easy to use – Before we found BioMin we were having to remember to use a product that was applied after brushing and needed to be left in for 5 minutes. It was hit or miss with the kids. This toothpaste eliminates all that, doing the job whilst brushing. The taste is pleasant. Not as strong as the usual store bought toothpaste but the kids don’t complain. Unfortunately, not for me! – Mouth became very,very dry after first use. Lips became wrinkled like I had eaten lots of salt. Nobody else seems to have had this side effect.....sadly, just me I guess. Show details

Great for Adults who don't like or are allergic to Mint – This toothpaste is perfect for anyone of any age who has sensitive teeth and who doesn't like or is allergic to mint. Brilliant toothpaste to help my toddlers cavities ☺️ – I brought this for my daughter who is nearly three (our dentist approved). She has cavities in her back molars and front teeth for which the dentist wanted us to use GC tooth moose to help. Really great tasting re-mineralising toothpaste! – I really like this toothpaste. It’s a great alternative to all the mint-based products out there. The science of it all is fascinating, and shows that a lot of thought has gone in to this. I appreciate that this is re-mineralising my teeth and that the protection is long lasting. When Tooth Mousse is not an option – My son is Autistic and cannot tolerate the GC tooth mousse. I found the Biomin toothpaste and wanted to try it because it replaces toothpaste. It is great with just the small exception it is quite strongly flavoured. I would love to see a different flavour.  Show details

Great for kid’s teeth – I bought this for my 6 year who developed fluorosis on his front teeth and also has a couple of deep crevices in his back teeth. It’s been 3 months now and I have noticed a difference with the fluorosis, it has faded a little and we have been back to the dentist and no further decay with back teeth. Quality kids toothpaste – I really like this toothpaste for my children. It is by far the best I have found for the price. I would however like to have the option for a white paste over the clear gel.
