Collectors Corner

Rude staff at Checkout and worst customer service on the planet! I became deeply shocked and saddened when I recently visited Collectors Corner where I tried to purchase one large item. On joining the queue at checkout while awaiting my turn to be served another few people arrived behind me. But when my turn came the woman at checkout started to count out multiple items for the people behind me which took quite some time and then processed the items at the till completely ignoring me although I was standing right in front of her. When she requested payment from the group behind me I enquired why I was not being served. At this point she was starting to get nasty and said that they were there first even though those people were behind me and had arrived well after I had been waiting patiently at the checkout. By then the woman had become completely hostile and belligerent so in order to avoid further confrontation and distress I left the store. It’s a pity the staff don’t show any respect for others because the awful experience left me feeling intimidated and humiliated in front of the other customers. Not a place I would recommend to visit with families.
