amount for a water consumption over 5 months which equated to 60kl/month(Over $1100) of water. Also was charged for removal of alleged materials left behind, we took a video of everything when we left and there was nothing.. When you tried calling your agent she never answered, when you email and texted never received an response. We are still waiting for the proof of photo's and our receipts from the cleaners which hasn't materialised. They make sure that you don't get your bond back with the ridiculous amounts that they deduct. We always paid ahead of time, we kept the premises well maintained that there wasn't really anything for the cleaners to do, but were forced to do it to make them happy. I would honestly not recommend them to anyone for leasing a house!! :(

more than your warehouse and building - your building worth nothing, your land worth nothing.

Any landlord need to stay away from Colliers, we had been in the market for past 15 years with portfolio over 100m, this is the worse agent and valuer we ever deal with.

Appallling – Izabella Minas showed slight interest at first in my property. Then simply ignored all my calls, texts and emails. Utterly unprofessional and straight out rude. Avoid at all costs.

between themselves and [Name Removed] left the organisation and joined McDonald’s property acquisition during the campaign. No advice being received from Colliers.advising changes. A case of larger is not always the best option and in fact complacency can be a result with higher costs overall.

Terrible Service – Information provided for a property on sales is totally different from the contract. Was told current tenant paying $900 rent pw but contract states only $750 pw. Inspection has to be by appointment and need to be book well in advance. Thought I am buy a huge house in Point Piper or Vaucluse by EOI. Agent has no interest at selling the property. I rather look elsewhere. Thank god I am not the seller.

who were incredibly unprofessional and uncontactable throughout our tenancy. Because no one in the Colliers Residential Property Management office is vaccinated we were also required to perform our own inspections as they were unable to enter the property.

When exiting the property we employed the services of their cleaners before the final inspection which cost $407. After paying for the cleaning service we were advised that there were additional cleaning fees and costs that were required before we would get our bond back.

The practices they engage in as property managers could be described as negligent and extortionary. Would completely avoid at all costs as both a tenant and landlord.

bond back, we had to lodge it ourselves through the rental board. Colliers STILL owe us a credit and it’s been over two months and they’re not responding to our emails/calls. Pathetic company.

Way too expensive – Was charged for two months of advertising my rental property a total of just less than $1k. Found out from other rental agency that their cost was $150 one off cost. Wish I’d looked elsewhere sooner

Poor Service – Very disappointed with Colliers in trying to lease out my property. They just don't seem to care, I had to always initiate communication for updates, with feedback not passed on. $2,000 for the internet ad for only a 3 month period, very expensive for no result. Would not recommend this company.

allow Me to get out what I needed before hanging up on me like some unprofessional employee. After I left him a voice mail and told him I planned on contacting his CEO, which I did, and putting him on blast, he called me twice and sent a text message. Too late. Rude, uncaring and this facility college center in San Pablo ca is unsafe, criminals are allowed to loiter and stalk their victims with no security!

No support no response. waste of money – I'm under their service on my property in Perth. Team there is horrible. Don't respect their clients. No support. Ignores you. Been wasting money on their fees so much. If you know your property is under Collier international, I'd suggest to find others.

Very bad service – My property is settled in mid of December 2018. The colliers rental team has not leased my property out more than 4 months. I am very disappointed and want to find another way. They even let me wait for another one month. I feel very desperate.

Actually a good ending – After the two property managers at 2 different places I rent it was actually a good ending to a nightmare. The blessing was the mistakes they made that brought heaps of stress onto me but I got through and if the events did not happen the way they did I would not be better off. I could not be more happier not to ever rent again and I will never recommend anyone if they can to rent

as its money goes down the drain.

You'll be happier with a friend, partner but just buy a place and look back as if it was a trial and it was

but a silver lining does appear.

Thanks to Colliers and all the domino effects including the owners I am very happy away from the rent trap. Yoohoo fantastic.

Sydney leasing branch Terrible shocking and BAD – Hired Colliers to rent our apartment and they placed some doggy tenants in there who will not pay the rent and they will chase them up or evict them out. Extremely bad service from the leasing department. If you want a nightmare feel free to contact them. Staff are rude and arrogant after you signed a contract with them.

Appaling – My husband and I bought an apartment off the plan and were adviced to get our finances (just before Xmas) in order to settle the purchase by the end of Feb 14. Two moths later, they cannot still provide creadible reasons as why the property is not settled. No appropiate communication, excuses and non-existing service... They were quick to sell, poor to deliver. Communication, timeframes... so far everything.

Poor Service – I used these Agents when I wanted to lease some commercial space in Perth. I found some of their staff to be arrogant, poor communicators and demonstrate a complete disregard to their customers. Do not use if at all possible. Poor communication, arrogant and poor attention to detail.
