My Collins Debden 2026 Diary has FAILED and it's only March. It is the 'Classic Manager' (price about $111). The body of the diary has come adrift from the cover. The ribbon has come unstuck. I have used this brand and diary variety for years and so I am a repeat customer. It is the 2026 diary (not previous years) that is a failure after just… Read more

WEEKS of use.

When it was ordered, it was MAILED from Collins Debden in just an envelope - WITHOUT any protective packaging - that surely invites damage for the product.

I phoned Collins Debden - they asked me for photos - here they are.

The ribbon on the 2026 product was too SHORT from the outset - shorter than ALL previous years for this Classic Manager diary.

Customer service – I made an error when ordering. A full refund was made. Outstanding service: polite, professional and prompt.

My go to company for diaries and notebooks – Great range of notebooks and diaries. I received excellent service.

Told item in stock, it wasn't – Queensland suppliers were out of stock of specific item and were having supply issues. Conacted this company to confirm they had item and quantity in stock, told yes they did and directed to online ordering. Happy to purchased items at a higer price believing they would be dispatched immediately. A week later no delivery. Emailed company and asked… Read more

them to confirm goods had been shipped and supply the tracking number. Received their email reply 'they would begin an investigation of the order'. Week 2, still no delivery, no update of their 'investigation'. I rang the company and told sales staff were in a meeting. Persistence finally got to speak to sales person to be informed they also were experiencing supply issues. Thought this company's practice to be dishonest and misleading. Unfortunately, will not be able to use their service again due to supply delay.

Took a month to inform the shop I'd ordered through that the item was sold out – My favourite stationery shop ordered the Planner Refill pages for me in mid-December. In mid-January they informed them that they'd sold out. I searched in local newsagents and found one last one. Unfortunately, Collins Debden have changed the format. There are no lines on the pages and there are no Australian Public Holidays or School Term dates… Read more

listed at the beginning. The pages look cheap and unfinished. The price was still high, I paid $AU12, which works out at $AU1 per page! (It is Month-to-a-View.) I have now searched online for any alternative possible (another brand, etc.) and unfortunately cannot find one. I have been using their products for as long as I can remember and this is the first time I have been so incredibly disappointed (with their service in the past, yes, but not with their product too).

My dealings with Collins Debden – I purchased a diary for my wife from Collins Debden (cda-cl) on eBay mid June 2021. It was a 2021 version as she only needs it for the second half of the year. When it did not arrive they kept giving excuses such as they had been having trouble with their eBay interface and so on. After numerous messages I finally purchased it from another eBay… Read more

seller. I finally received the order mid August despite it being marked "cancelled and refunded" on my eBay purchases page. Collins Debden assured me that I could keep the diary and I would still receive the refund. It's now October and the diary is still here unopened as my wife does not require two diaries. I keep being assured that I will receive a refund but I have given up on ever getting a refund from this company. I can't even sell the diary as it only goes to December 2021.

Complete lack of service and communication...Scammers – I purchased a diary online and realised I had ordered the wrong one, called the company immediately and was assured I did not have to do anything else it would be cancelled asap the same day. The order was not cancelled, my several emails not answered, phone calls went to answering message and my messages left were unanswered. I thought this was a… Read more

respectable company not one that takes your money and runs. This is disgusting treatment of customers particularly when during the Covid crisis many people are online ordering.
