that the fact that Crowns Casino bought these mattresses for their luxury apartments in the Crown Towers, does not mean you get the same quality mattress - even if the name of the mattress is exactly the same. Quite often higher quality material is used when entering the market and selling to big hotel organisations - once they get a good reputation, they reduce the material quality in the mattress, and according to Australian law, does not need to disclose it to the public.

like we're laying on a concrete slab. The fix required us to buy a topper, just to make it soft enough to tolerate. If you're looking for a softer "ultra plush" mattress, don't rely on the one in the store, buy a medium mattress, and get a topper!

Dreams. The mattress is very supportive and our sleep quality is far better. We are a couple of weeks away from the end of the recommended three month period for rotating the mattress every second week. It is heavy to turn but the handles assist. It has taken a few (not many) weeks to ‘wear it in’ however it has maintained its shape without sagging. The height is great and better for getting into and out of bed compared to our old mattress which was quite low. We have no regrets!

Happy So Far – Have only had the mattress for a couple of months, but so far extremely comfortable. The ultra plush is soft and cosy but at the same time the mattress is very supportive. Re mild body impressions, if you are away for less than a week all body impressions resolve and it will look and feel like a new mattress.

60kgs and side sleeper. Mattresses are a subjective thing so they are difficult to get right - especially in a mattress store environment. The risk you take with buying this mattress is there are zero options if you purchase the wrong model - you just have to wear the cost ($2500+). I wasted my money on this mattress and cannot sleep in it. I recommend opting for a mattress brand that believes in their product/ customer service so much they'll help you post-sales or will offer 30 - 120 night sleep gaurauntee or a replacement if the feel isn't right. There are inner-spring mattresses willing to do this beyond the 'mattress in a box' model - do your research and choose carefully who you spend your hard-earned money with. What feels cloud-like in the store might be a nightmare to sleep on at home. It's too risky purchasing something so expensive when you don't have the opportunity to properly experience it - ie, actually sleep in it.
