the bank, and are completely refusing to call the bank's merchant support line, which they (the bank) have said multiple times would allow them to resolve the issue. Emma has insisted on requiring written proof from the bank which the bank has stated multiple times they cannot give to me, and Emma is refusing to call them. At this point I am having to go to the ACCC to get my money back.

Update: Not only does Emma make bad mattresses and screw you around they will also lie to your face. The reply here claiming to be willing to help above and beyond normal channels and actually put in any legwork was just an outright lie and they have continued to put all of the onus on me to chase everything up, while claiming they'll call the bank, which they still have not done, despite it being a month since they said they could help me resolve the issue. this mattress was the cooling feature. I live in Queensland, and it gets very hot here. With my previous mattress, I would often wake up feeling too warm. Since switching to the Diamond Hybrid, I haven’t had that issue at all. It genuinely stays cool, and that has made such a difference.

I also used to struggle with shoulder pain, and that has completely disappeared. I didn’t expect a mattress change to make such a noticeable impact, but it really has improved my sleep quality overall. Wife and I have trouble getting a decent nights sleep on the mattress and topper. My wife has moved to another bed in the house but I have persisted but not getting a good night’s sleep. head has a fold line down the middle as it is sent folded with a hinge. The bed base you construct yourself like a flatpack. Instructions and quality is good. Mattress is compressed and rolled up and once unrolled, it appears high quality. Having tried this bed out for 7 months now, I feel I can give it an honest review. I've really wanted this to be the best ever bed, however it is so unusually firm and I haven't had a good night sleep since. It has the feel as one of those firm latex/foam pillows, but in a mattress. I even tried adding the Diamond Topper, but it didn't seem to help to make it more comfortable. I've also tried a few different pillows (changing up the profile and softness) as it was suggested that you need to match the pillow to the mattress. This didn't correct the comfort. I constantly wake up with an achey back, sometimes a numb shoulder or arm, and constantly tossing and turning during the night. My partner seems to be fine with the mattress, so it suits some not all. Without the topper, the bed is quite a low overall height, and with the topper, maybe a more average to slightly higher bed height at 64cm incl. bed legs.

My husband thought it was fine and had no complaints. I contacted them about 4 weeks later via email and asked for a comfort topper. It was out of stock at the time but after a few weeks it arrived. The comfort topper is just a sheet (perhaps 2.5 cm thick) of memory foam and as it came with no instructions we unzipped the mattress cover, placed it on top of the mattress then zipped the cover back over the whole thing so it looked exactly the same. Yes it did make a bit of difference however I still found the mattress a little firm. After a few weeks I contacted them again via email, the response was they would have to check if I could be provided a 2nd comfort topper and they would get back to me - no email response however within 2 days a 2nd comfort topper arrived !! We added it again under the zip off cover. Perfect ! Love it and keeping it! My only negative is I will say this mattress is hot in comparison to our old traditional mattress. If you like me are menopausal I would not recommend it as a first choice. Great – I love my Emma mattress. I thought it would take some time to get used too, but after the first night I could tell the difference. I have rheumatoid arthritis and sleeping is often difficult waking in pain throughout the night. Very Comfortable Mattress – We are very happy with our mattress it is very comfortable and you don’t move when the other person rolls on there side which I love we have had trouble in the past with that. delivery notifying us of a super quick delivery which was not to be. We waited just over another 7 days for it to finally be delivered. Communication was great though when we queried. Easy to unpack and set up. Would try again, but perhaps look for a "softer" type.

Sags after the 100 day trial – Mattress started off being very comfortable for myself and my partner who is a lot lighter than I am. After roughly 3 months the mattress developed an undulation on my side only even with continual rotation on a regular basis. Dont buy Emma mattress – Mattress itself is too small, ordered a King size and it has gaps all along the edges not true to size, way to soft and uncomfortable. To save them money the edges of the mattress is soft so you cant even sit on the edge of the bed without sinking. as they arent planning on letting you return the item even though they have their money back guarantee and returns policy before you buy it! Had to send in a dozen photos of the mattress labels before they would organise a return, finally received a confirmation email after 3 days. We are now 3 weeks on and no communication about a return or a refund. they arent planning on refunding us until 4 weeks after the pickup... which has also not been organised! Much better than our previous mattress in a box – I bought this mattress to replace another brand in a box. After more than a year of use, I am happy with it. It is comfortable, and that has improved since I bought even more so since buying an Emma flip topper. I do find these memory foam mattresses are hot even though they are advertised as cooling.
