Quite often higher quality material is used when entering the market and selling to big hotel organisations - once they get a good reputation, they reduce the material quality in the mattress, and according to Australian law, does not need to disclose it to the public.

Sleeping Beauty – This is the first grown-up bed I have purchased, after experiencing a Sleep Comfort bed at the Crown, Perth. It has taken a couple of months to become luxuriously comfortable, following the instructions about turning the mattress. It really is the most comfortable bed I have ever owned and I am over 50.
