like we're laying on a concrete slab. The fix required us to buy a topper, just to make it soft enough to tolerate. If you're looking for a softer "ultra plush" mattress, don't rely on the one in the store, buy a medium mattress, and get a topper!

Very comfortable – Purchased to replace a soft/medium latex mattress that felt firm on a slat base. This has transformed the sleeping experience completely. Only comment is that it is a heavy mattress to lift/make the bed. Show details ·  1

Absolutely LOVE our mattress – We purchased our Ultra Plush mattress 5 weeks ago. We are more than happy with our new mattress. It is plush but supportive. Fantastic support and comfort – I have only had my bed a few weeks now but can say it provides wonderful support for my whole body but has enough give in it to feel plush. Happy So Far – Have only had the mattress for a couple of months, but so far extremely comfortable. The ultra plush is soft and cosy but at the same time the mattress is very supportive. 60kgs and side sleeper. Mattresses are a subjective thing so they are difficult to get right - especially in a mattress store environment. The risk you take with buying this mattress is there are zero options if you purchase the wrong model - you just have to wear the cost ($2500+). I wasted my money on this mattress and cannot sleep in it. I recommend opting for a mattress brand that believes in their product/ customer service so much they'll help you post-sales or will offer 30 - 120 night sleep gaurauntee or a replacement if the feel isn't right. There are inner-spring mattresses willing to do this beyond the 'mattress in a box' model - do your research and choose carefully who you spend your hard-earned money with. What feels cloud-like in the store might be a nightmare to sleep on at home. It's too risky purchasing something so expensive when you don't have the opportunity to properly experience it - ie, actually sleep in it.

consistent feeling. If I had the chance again I'd definitely buy this bed, very comfortable! Just keep in mind it's a very high bed due to all the bells and whistles so a lower base is helpful.

Just the best! – For the first time in ages I wake up with no back pain. Every time I get into bed I find myself saying “I love our new bed”. When I get out of bed each morning I feel taller because there has been no pressure on my hips or back. The pressure is so evenly distributed. Pain free and undisturbed sleep at last – Very comfortable, doesn't sag or roll towards middle. Feels soft yet supportive to fall asleep. I don't wake up with numb arms or sore hips (as with previous mattress). Easy to get out of bed due to height of mattress. Easy to rotate with the side handle tabs.
