I reported a line fault, they disconnected my business phone – I reported a line fault on a Friday, which they agreed was a Telstra line fault (I could call out but couldn't receive calls) and by the Monday, the phone was completely dead. I effectively had no business line for 4 weeks, as due to COVID they had nobody on support. The answering machine message actually just said we can't help you, come back… Read more

later. Ok, not their fault that all have been sent on quarantine, BUT it was them that cancelled my contract in the first place for no reason, other than their own error! (which they admitted on the phone) Four weeks later, I finally got it reconnected, told them they needed to give me at LEAST month free due to the inconvenience, not to mention loss of business, and they have just sent me a bill for the reconnection. :( Needless to say, I won't be paying it and swapping providers in the next couple of days.

Steer clear of Commander – Ordered Commander phone W60P plus additional handset W56H. Received phone programmed to someone else's number. Told by tech this just needed to be reprogrammed. After a couple of more calls (long wait to get on each time) found out I needed entirely new phones to be programmed to my number and new phones were resent. Received contract with wrong… Read more

charge from what was quoted. Told it was a contract printing 'glitch'. Still no corrected contract sent. Received new phones but couldn't register phones. More phone calls then told to try a different PIN number that wasn't supplied. still couldn't use the phones but now registered. More calls later was told the phones had to set up at their end. Set up and still wouldn't work. Found out it takes 3-5 working days. Additional handset arrived but couldn't call out. Another phone call to find out this had to be registered separately. Now I have to return the incorrect ones. See what dramas this results in. Staff were always pleasant to deal with but there was no communication or I gather training in how to run a business and supply a customer with a phone that worked without a ridiculous amount of effort on my part.

Commander HOPELESS-Still no phones!! – 3 weeks on and we still have no resolution to our phone issue!! They technical non support team have called us a few times to check on the 'quality' of our phone lines-there is no quality because it's not working!! You can't speak to anyone in australia and unfortunately the people in manilla have absolutely no idea what they are doing!! Whatever… Read more

you do, do not connect with commander!! They keep saying they have escalated the issue but nothing happens-more frustrating that telstra. We have now reached the level 3 technicians, apparently there are only 3 levels so things are getting pretty exciting!
