This thing was a machine bought in 2021 and is still going but it's wrecked, wish they had this in 3 burner and the grill covers were more inwards the gap is useless for small pots and it rusted in 5.5 years of non stop indian mum curry cooking use trust its still is holding up but is so rusty. People im getting a Auscrown Triple Cast Iron 3 Burner Turbo Country Cooker 6.9kPa 54mi/hr, we will see if it holds up hopefully another 5.5 years

Purchased at Snowys Outdoors.

Dangerous fire hazard, poor build/design – The one nice thing about this cooker is the flat easy to clean case and it’s large width. However it is not fit for purpose and straight out dangerous so don’t buy it . Actually I say it should not be on the market. The burner design or perhaps the outside cover itself cause a back burn in the jets which in turn melts the knobs as a flame can burn under the cover near the gas valve air mix vent. It becomes so hot that the stainless steel cover discolours where the back burn is occurring. I purchased it to use for cooking outside ( using frying pans only) on my verandah when I choose not to cook inside the house. I never not use high heat/ flame. as a matter of fact I have difficulty keeping the flame low enough for my cooking. I noticed another review where a person experienced the same issue and Companion said the person experienced the problem because they used too large a pot. This is rubbish, Companion are culpable by marketing this product. The product ( cheap Chinese rubbish) is now in my scrap metal bin and am looking for a replacement which is proving difficult.

Purchased in at BCF Physical Store for $120.

Never buy from them – Caused a fire in less than a month under the steel body near the knob. Send back for warranty check and took no responsibility. They said it is because I used a big pot, where all I was using was a 5 litre pressure cooker. Have been using similar stove for years, never had a problem. Went out and bought a similar stove from bunnings for almost same price - Gasmate. No problems yet. Same location, same pots.

Purchased in for $110.

Shocking stainless quality – 3 months in, and wiping it clean after use has caused rust spots to come through the stainless, not uncommon for cheap Chinese products. I thought companion would be better than than. Cooker works great, built quality is terrible.
