months. The net effect represents a significant windfall - more than 10 times their fee! For that alone I'd be singing their praises but they were also very good to deal with. I've bought and sold houses before but the rules keep changing. Each process was explained to me. Every question I could think of was answered promptly.

It was slightly disconcerting to be dealing with different people during different stages of the transaction - however in each case the handover was seamless and the overall process was smooth and felt very much in control.

Complete Conveyancing use a 3rd party to manage online electronic "signatures" for documents. I was always taught that you NEVER click on a link in an email from an unfamiliar source. I would have preferred that they contacted me to expect the "request to sign" email from the 3rd party, however in each case I confirmed with them that the request was legitimate (which I recommend you do) and they were always prompt to respond.

I would use Complete Conveyancing again, definitely.
