Product-Triple Wheelie Bin. He has just opened the packaging boxes and noticed that a strut mount is broken and that a few panels have slight bends, perhaps due to transportation. NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED IN THE PACKAGING to assemble the bins. This is a very poor product quality.
Follow-up · When we contacted Complete Storage, they apologised and immediately sent the missing parts with instructions to assemble the unit. It looks great!
We purchased a variety of Swedish designed Elfa Shelving. The choice on their site for our requirements was great. The sale prices were good value . individually shrink wrapped components which supposedly protect the colourbond...but it didnt...they were still scatched and dented. This took took 3 hours alone. Step 2. Assembly...think thousands of nuts bolts and screws....this has to be a joke right!...the assembly instructions are also a joke!...30+ pages grhhhh! If you really need a cover for your bins as we do because we live on top of the windiest mountain in Victoria...do yourself a favour...buy something preassembled!
Follow-up · Yes sometimes the arm mechs that holds the lid open turns inside out stopping the lid from opening. It looks the part but I have seen much better units. I havnt contacted support as the product is fit for purpose.
While their customer service is responsive, product quality is abhorrent. I ordered a shoe cabinet and some important parts needed for the assembly were missing. they would then get their warranty team to assess it first. Absolutely outrageous, its just a shoe rack, that isnt the right product. Then said that i would need to pay for the original postage of item to my home, of which i didnt need to as original purchase was for multiple items and was over $100. So that meant i wouldn't get $68 back in refund, probably about $20 once you take out the 2 x postage amounts, of which they said i would need to pay for, even though was their fault. Do not purchase outdoor storage boxes – My partner purchased the 490L outdoor storage box to put pillows in. It is possibly the worst quality item I have ever seen. I asked her if it cost more than $20 but couldn't believe it cost her towards $150. It is nearly criminal for them to sell boxes with that price-tag, you expect quality at that price range. have been a very simple item. However it’s taken me hours, is still not done, and honestly I was that close to just snapping one of the shelves over my knee. Do not even try to attempt doing this on your own. I’m paying for it. Also the instruction manual is extremely unhelpful. The screws don’t even fit properly into the wood, and the wood gets damaged when you try to secure them properly. Then if they get knocked when you’re trying to line all the screws up (as per the instructions), they fall out, and you have to start the whole process over again. Oh and not all the parts were sent in the original order, so also had to wait for all the parts to arrive. I’m really disappointed.

Terrible terrible table – The table arrived in poor condition. The wood is all chipped, the legs on the table are unevenly cut, there are no runners/rollers for the drawers so you’re literally pulling wood against wood each time you open/shut the drawers.
