Not happy jan – Item is fine, however paid for express shipping as we needed the item for our store quickly. for some reason they split the order and it did not arrive for four weeks. We were forced to purchase an alternative product and when we contacted them, they took zero responsibility & are now are ignoring requests for return. I will never use them again.

Deserves 0 Stars!! Horrible Customer Service – This store has by far the worst customer service I have ever come across in any business. After contacting them multiple times via email and trying to call their office that never has anyone there to talk to or to return phone calls, I found that nobody wanted to help me. I finally received an extremely rude and condescending email back from them that was very belittling and offensive. I hope nobody has to deal with this business the way I did as is extremely unacceptable!

BUY ELSEWHERE! – TERRIBLE customer service, with ZERO refund / returns policy. In a nutshell: - Fake’ call centre answering service’ (not actual technical support) - Do not offer Refunds or returns on items not compatible - Messages never returned - Rude and aggressive staff members - Immature and bad business acumen I am a very small retailer, using Square as my platform for processing purchases. Thought it would be good to support a ‘local’ business and buy a pack (printer, rolls, cash drawer). This was advertised as compatible with Square.
Was notified that some items were not available so, elected for different cash drawer. Items took over 4 weeks to arrive.
Tried to set up and the printer sent was not the one advertised and IS NOT compatible with Square. This has been confirmed by 2 different technicians at Square.
Gave [Name Removed] at Compubox the opportunity to assist with Technical support via email and had no answer. Left several messages (daily) and had no response. Only got response (an aggressive one) after threatening I would contact Fair Trading.
He responded by saying: “ I have installed the m30-II and tested it with Square and it works just fine, we have sold at least 100 of them in the last 2 months to Square customers, with no issues” “We are not processing a refund or return, we have sold a compatible printer to you.”
NOTE: this is incorrect. Square is only compatible with m30 (not m30-II).
Peter sent a link that did not work (even Square technicians tried this). Square has also sent official email stating that the item is NOT compatible!
Upon sending this email to [Name Removed] at Compubox, he got more defensive and has told me to never contact him again. Has told me ‘hes rights and Square (and me) are wrong!’ Sent a ‘pic’ of printer (working) but will not contact me to talk though how he got it working.
This issue could have been avoided by a simple return phone call and offering me technical support (as promised on their website): ‘Call us on 02 8074 4836 (Messages will be responded to within 15 minutes)” - RUBBISH
I am now stuck with a Printer that does not work. I am a small business that cannot afford to be ripped off by companies like this….I also take sadness in knowing that this company sells ‘100’s of printers’ so therefore large enough to offer smaller businesses like myself, some good faith in offering returns.
