Customer who reported to the FTC and notified the BBB! – Firstly I cannot rate this business because it does not even deserve 1 star! About 6 weeks ago I had taken 2 iPads, 8 & 9th gen to fix the screens and also the LED lighting on the 8th gen iPad. That cost us $512. them fixed in the next 3 days, which he assured us plenty of time. My phone not working at that time I left my husband’s number. He called my husband and told him all this new information about the home button not working on the 8th gen iPad and that we may not be able to pick up on the day I requested. We accepted that and went a couple days later. I get to the store only to see the 9th gen screen is now white, not black. He also tells me no it was the 9th gen home button that wasn’t working but he has now fixed. So he’s now telling my husband and I two totally different things! Both screens look fixed from face value. Only to get home and realise on the 8th gen it is all wiped clean and to start all over we need to press the home button, to our surprise the home button is not working! We then realise the thumb print on the 9th gen is not working and some parts of the iPad screen is not responding as we’re pressing certain areas. We take the 8th gen back as we cannot get in without the home button. Fast forward almost a month and no contact, we go in about two weeks into that month and speak with another worker, he then tells us that the guy we’re dealing with is a great salesman and also says the issues that were raised shouldn’t have been as it was only the screen and led light broken and also that the 9th gen should have come black the original colour and not another. Now he rings us to say he has fixed the home button and is charging us extra for something that had no problem in the beginning. This man is AJ and he is a great salesman! Do not be fooled, he is clearly trying to sell the service and not doing the work! Never ever going back their!

Horrible prices and rude staff – Prices are marked up insane amounts, staff are disrespectful and don't care about the customer unless your giving them money. Will never be going back there. They also ignore your calls half the time and barely know what they are talking about. Show details

No after sales contact or response – I would not recommend this business as their communication appears to cease after the sale. I had an emergency and had to purchase computer components quickly. components were a premium price, equal to or above the full RRP. . Paperwork was unavailable at the time of purchase but I was promised it ASAP. I'm still waiting a week later. . staff have been uncontactable since purchase. They have not responded to either email or text, and phones have either been constantly engaged or not answered.
