Fake & counterfeit products – Do not purchasing from this website. Aside from Environ advise their products are not available online. Try and locate the Australian company running the conceptskincare website (do a whois domain lookup). Impossible. Phone doesn't work. Only an email. from Environ's CEO, - claim they are cutting out the middle man, - charge as a international transaction, - charge a 10% restocking fee for the 110% guarantee, - invoice but no ABN on it, - must return product back within 21 days of delivery. - But their post office never accepts return mail so it goes 'missing' and no refund is issued. - Only standard insurance via Australia Post, but Concept need to commence this process, they don't. - PO Box on parcels is PO Box 16 Nobby Beach Qld Search for this PO Box. Brings up some interesting articles. PO Box in Qld, Items ship from NSW. I am sure they can give a 'good' reason for this.. Be very, very careful. The running and information which can be found does not add up. A legitimate Australian business is not and would not be set up like this. Your money is going overseas and for what purposes?

It’s a SCAM – If I could give a half star I would! I ordered over $300 worth of products only for the address to be messed up. If you are not already using Environ - you need to make the switch. My skin hasn't looked better. My personal fave - Environ's Radiance CBoost cream. It's honestly that good.

Cannot make contact – This company charges international bank fees even though they claim to be an Australia Company. They are definitely not Australian. Very disappointing experience with the customer service of this company. Not sure that the products are fake, but given I cannot call them up and discuss my order issues, I have decided not to use them any more. In addition, their response to my previous email regarding additional bank charges was condescendingly generic. Very disappointed....

My skin has never looked better – The ACC Retinol product is fantastic and gives a much needed boost to my skin. I use it two or three times a week - at night - in conjunction with my regular environ moisturiser and have definitely seen an improvement in my skin - everything just looks more refined. First Class Service – Products arrived today in record time. For those who don't know Environ try their utmost to prevent discounting. I appreciate the service that Concept offers. Their products are factory sealed and always completely fresh - and I'm paying nearly 30% less than what i usually pay at my local beauty parlour. Thanks, Amy! Love Dermalac. Love Concept – Ordered online Monday and dermalac arrived Friday. Product was well packed and most importantly had a long shelf life which I was very happy about. Product OK, company somewhat misleading – It's annoying to purchase a product from an Australian website only to discover that it's not an Australian company. It took 6 weeks for the product to arrive due to shipping delays and I had to pay an international surcharge on my credit card as it was a foreign transaction. I also don't like how you need to pay an extra $20 if you want insurance. These days all packages seem to be tracked and I've never been charged extra for this service.  Show details

Don’t do it – My wife ordered over $280 of cosmetics off this dodgy company, the items did not arrive & they are saying no refund until the so called items are returned to them. We keep getting an the same response from them saying this. The phone number that you can call is not connected and even the fair trading Australia are saying this. I would not go near this company or the other company enviro skincare, which I think ? Are the same.

Unauthorized stockist of Environ Skincare – This website sells Environ skincare online, claiming they are locally based in New Zealand, then found they also have a website for Australia and the UK. you can find a list of stockists world wide on the Environ website. According to Environ South Africa they do not allow the selling of their products to be purchased online due to the nature of the product. These are cosmeceuticals, meaning they are very active, and can be harmful on the skin if customers choose to self diagnose, this product is only sold by authorised skincare specialists or dermatologists. Don't become a victim to counterfeit skincare products. I contacted the support team at concept skincare once I found the article on the environ skincare website, this was after my $170 purchase, they have not responded. October 26th 2018 Update: Fake Environ products

Ok so this is a follow up from my last post. I brought the real products today from a local business. I made the mistake earlier in the year by purchasing product online from concept skincare, which btw the real company www.environskincare.com do not allow their stockists to sell online due to the nature of the product. I have pictures of both products and ingredient list of each. This company is selling fake environ products. The products on the right are real, the products on the left are fake.
