DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Unfortunately I have to give them at least 1 star - they deserve a zero. We had a camera doorbell, floodlight camera and a security camera. All were linked as a hub on the app. The security camera was sending movement notifications every few seconds (no, I’m not even exaggerating!), the doorbell ran flat quickly and when someone rang it, I couldn’t connect via the app to answer it. To top it off, the floodlight camera continuously disconnected from the app. I was able to reinstall it a few times but now it doesn’t even go into reset/sync mode.

The customer support received has been well below par to say the least.

We have just replaced our entire system with the Ring brand.
