I m very Satisfied with teacher and curriculum, My son has been taking Financial Literacy classes with Connect2Learn and I can see improvement in his knowledge.

This was a very bad do not buy it, the 1 year plan is a death trap

I enrolled my child with Connect2Learn on a one-year contract but had to discontinue after just 2.5 months. I provided the required one-month notice, which they confirmed and assured me that my refund would be processed. Unfortunately, what followed has been nothing short of disappointing: • Chaotic communication – each time I reach out, a different person responds, and I’m forced to re-explain everything from the beginning. • No responsibility – nobody seems to have clarity or accountability for my refund status. • Broken promises – despite repeated assurances, weeks have gone by with no action. • Poor coordination – the team appears completely disjointed, with zero internal alignment.

As a parent, this entire process has been unnecessarily stressful, exhausting, and a huge waste of time. I am still left chasing for updates with no resolution in sight.

I strongly urge other parents to think twice before committing here. While everything may look organised at the start, the moment you decide to discontinue, the real picture emerges – a lack of structure, transparency, and professionalism. I will also be sharing screenshots of my interactions so others can see how poorly this has been handled.

This is far from the standard I expected from an education provider.
