We are DINKS, but needed alot of flexibility so we can upgrade from our house to a new one, then renovate our old one to sell a few months later, all whilst we build an investment property. We never would have survived against the banks on our own! He fights til he wins for you thats for sure. Derek was at our house within 30mins of us telling him we put an offer in on a house (at 830pm) to get paperwork started for us. he helped with conveyancers, insurance etc. Lots of connections to other businesses that you'll need. He knows his stuff! He sends us texts along the way on progress, or reminders if we needed to send things back etc.We will be forever grateful for his help and service. If only i'd found him 4 years ago when i built my first house! He is not just another banker or lender. He owns the business and gives a dam!
