Connective Lending

A broker recommended this company to 'bridge' between a property purchase. From the get go, they were making administration errors, didn't answer their phones, you couldn't get through to the 'account manager' managing your Bridging Account. Only they could call you back. A different department did the settlements, and they too made basic but numerous admin errors galore. I mean, truly Grade 10 errors that a financial instituation should never get wrong. On the day of settlement, they delayed all parties because they DIDN'T HAVE THEIR PAPERWORK CORRECT!!! I mean, come on, 3 months in the making and on the DAY of settlement you STILL made errors and didn't have your paperwork correct?? Really???? My removalist truck was sitting on the road waiting for an hour for your Admin Team to correct their own errors. All parties and lawyers were shaking their heads. SHOCKING SERVICE! Really 3rd World service. Let this be a warning to all of you. And check your brokers vested interest too, as when I raised my concerns with him, he didn't share in my frustration or expectation of professionalism, therefore a high commission was probably being paid. Run away from this company! I have my loan number but Product Review are not allowing that aone to be uploaded and I am not uploading original Loan Documents due to privacy issues. This is an honest review and a warning.
