Connected with Connector-tech! – I ordered an expensive connector ($170). Tracking showed it was held up in the Aus Post system for 6 days and hadn't appeared to move. I emailed the sender on Friday evening hoping for some action on Monday as my need was becoming urgent. I got an email from Rob later that evening and we worked out a plan of action to overnight a replacement if Monday produced no joy. Luckily AP got their act together and the part arrived Monday. Connector-tech are just a pleasure to deal with and customer focused. Thanks Rob.
