email that they sent me. At the time of ordering there was no indication to me that there was no stock and I certainly did not receive any email to advise that they were out of stock or next steps. I then called the number back at 11:30am Monday and was told that none of the team could speak with me and that I should leave my number to expect a return call. I've now spent over $600 2 weeks ago, stillnot refunded or called back and I'm out of my contact lenses.

If nothing happens it’s good – Just pray really hard that nothing happens to the parcel they sent you as it will not be insured; the content was ~$180 by the way. When left in an unsafe manner and got stolen, they will do nothing to assist you. Mind you I will also be contacting AUS POST about that too. Have been a loyal customer for years and disappointed this is how it ends.

Aussie owned, great customer service and product quality – They tend to have the better prices for contacts, fast delivery and the customer service is amazing. An email about a new brand of lenses available came out, and when I enquired on how they compare to the brand I use (my eyes are picky snobs!) I had a reply within the hour explaining how they compare and an offer to be sent a trial pack if I covered shipping (and I received them the next day!)

Really Great Savings, Highly Recommend – Like the other reviewer, I've bought from another company for years now at much higher prices.
