I am delighted – I took my vehicle to Cook Drive Smash Repairs in Coffs Harbour NSW for a quote on replacement of the front panel. The assessment, photographs and quote were done promptly and conveyed to the insurer. The work was also scheduled promptly and the actual work was completed in 3 days! When I went to collect the car I was amazed. The work was fantastic, paint match perfect. The car had been cleaned and, believe it or not, it had been detailed on the inside as well! As if that wasn’t the best I noticed that the team had done a fix on a dented plastic corner at the rear. I had mentioned this in passing but it wasn’t part of the insurance claim. The team just did it and there was no cost. I couldn’t be happier - this family business goes above and beyond. I’d also like to mention that dealing with Rani in the office was also a pleasure - easy, friendly, helpful and interested. This business manages to combine professionalism with customer care.
