Excellent addition to outdoor kitchen. I added the UltraDine MO-61 Inlay to my outdoor kitchen to complement a custom woodfire grill. The two cover different cooking methods - the teppanyaki gives me precision and versatility, the woodfire gives me smoke and theatre. The MO-61 is well-built. 4mm German stainless steel, hand-finished. It feels like commercial equipment, not a consumer appliance. The compact size (610mm) fits perfectly in tight outdoor kitchen layouts without sacrificing cooking area. The ThermoFlex technology works as advertised. The plate forms a gentle concave shape when heated, keeping sauces and juices centred. When it cools, it flattens for easy cleaning. I've used it for breakfast cooking (eggs, bacon, hash browns), stir-fries, teppanyaki dishes, and quick weeknight meals. Heat distribution is even, temperature control is responsive, and it handles high-heat searing as well as gentle cooking. Cleaning is simple. Let it cool, wipe down with warm water and detergent. The flat surface when cool means no awkward angles or drip trays. The price point positions this as a premium option, but the build quality and performance justify it. This is a long-term investment. If you're serious about outdoor cooking and want a teppanyaki grill that matches the quality of the rest of your outdoor kitchen, this is worth considering. The best BBQ experience ever – We just love our Cook & Dine Teppanyaki grill. We use it all the time - Breakfast, lunch or dinner. It compliments our kitchen & outdoor smoker just perfectly. We now have many different cooking experiences to choose from. Our guests are blown away at this concept, and love how we all get to sit & socialise around the teppanyaki table while we're cooking. It's also so easy to clean. Another thing I love about this grill, is that when we're not using it, we can use the grill/benchtop as a table. It is so versatile. I can't wait to build my main house where I have integrated another into the plans.
