don't push on it too hard because it’s broken. Im like so you broke it then he's like no i didn't. I paid and received my son’s iPad with 9 rubber bands on it because the glue wasn’t taking to the housing? I asked how much a new home button was and the man is like $79-$89 sweet put one in then oh no it works just be careful don't push straight down. Actually disgusted with the service advised i will not be returning due to terrible service he's like yep ok. I would like this rectified someone needs to answer for this, clearly not the business owner because this man was arrogant to me. DO NOT TAKE GENUINE PRODUCTS THERE THEY BREAK THEM & BLAME THE CUSTOMER!

THEY BROKE MY CAR KEY AND REFUSE TO REPLACE IT WITH A GENUINE PRODUCT – THEY DAMAGED MY CAR KEY AND WONT REPLACE WTH A GENUINE PRODUCT! next shop doesn’t have to open it again. I suspected they broke it, so I said to put it back together. Another half an hour later, and he brings my key back with a rubber band around it. I inspect the key and see it isn’t closed properly, the edges have been cracked and chipped chipped and he said he glued the key housing shut as he couldn’t put it back together properly. I was told the manager would be in touch, to which he was, and offered a THIRD PARTY product to replace my GENUINE keyless entry and start car key that was damaged at this shop!! This is disgusting. How can a business damage a genuine product, then offer a third party product to replace it when this will void my warranty of the car key.

Its obvious the cover did not take the impact of the fall.

Cool Case mobile phone repairs told me it would be fine as the 2 ends were raised nothing would come in contact with the ground it would meet my requirements.

I purchased the product confidently not knowing what was about to happen.

The phone was just purchased it's why I seeked there professional advice later to find out Cool Case phones have sold the incorrect item to me....

I am just making the buyer beware before purchasing of Cool Case phone Springfield Lakes Qld.

Shop around or seek assistance from a phone shop not imports that do not meet our standards here in Australia
