inspection and refund. But the moment I requested written confirmation — they retracted the offer, became aggressive, and refused any return or refund. They claim "modification" as the reason for refusal — but I only restored it to factory settings, which is not modification. The hidden defect existed before the purchase. Purchased only 20 days ago, well within their own 30-day return policy. They refused to honour their own policy and Australian Consumer Law. Do not recommend. Devices are sold with undisclosed defects, and customer service verbally agrees then refuses in writing.

I just came across Phonebot when googling mobile phones and so glad I did! IMO a refurbished handset should be just as good as new, and they offer a 30 day change of mind and 12 month warranty. Communication was fantastic also. A+++ Show details

Packaging is mostly cardboard, the products are well priced.

I turned on the iPad I had received and it was fine, meaning in terms of appearance, everything was as requested when I bought it. Product received and works perfectly. I’ve always used ZAGG screen protectors. I rate them very highly. I’ve only given the store 3 stars because they offer free shipping but didn’t use the correct parcel so I had to pay $8.75 to receive my parcel from the post office as they’d not only charged me the difference between the missing postage cost but also a penalty. I don’t mind paying shipping but rather not have it sprung on me. Show details

By far the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you are not located near to their physical location..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Three phone calls (which ate just messages) have all gone unanswered. an issue. I’ve had to pay another person to fix their rubbish product because it is impossible to speak to somebody OR get any kind of email conversation happening with these people. My purchase had a battery that was not even secured inside the case and also had glass underneath it which meant it rubbed through the battery and shorted it out …so not only is their customer service terrible but their product is faulty and useless. Go anywhere but here

them to explain they asked me to send another email with the photos and they will send out a shipping label, still waiting. Now my other phone is completely gone and I am forced to use a faulty product or be left without a phone. Didn't honer their warranty, rude and arrogant to deal with not worth the price they're cheap for a reason don't even inspect their products

DO MOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a top grade iPhone 12 mini for my son for Christmas. The phone its self was in great condition. The battery was terrible. Phone was not useable. I contacted phone bot and am still waiting for a reply 2 months later. I have since had to pay $100 to get battery replaced as my son could not go without a phone for school ect. Purchased an iPhone 13, it stopped working within weeks, we were then ignored by customer service for weeks and when we finally got instructions to return it they took a month to get back to us and lied saying we had water damaged it. they seem to do that to everyone to avoid warranties. Buyer beware, if you end up with a crappy second, no one from this business will help you. They will lie to avoid warranties and barely even reply to attempts of contact. Honestly, just dispute it with your bank because you will never get your money back from this business, they are LYING THEIFS !! $590 for a phone that didn't last 2 weeks. Avoid these people at all costs !!

Advertised as starlight in colour with the correct light colour band pictured. However it came with a generic black band. Apparently what is pictured isn’t what you get. False adverting if you ask me. Buy beware. I would absolutely not order from them again. Other much better options to buy repurposed things from. Avoid these guys for sure.
