I have ask them to return the buds as Google has offered to check the buds. Failure to do so will result in a a dispute via Fair Trade.
PhoneBot is a really easy website to navigate. Ordered a ‘like new’ iPhone 12 Pro Max, brilliant condition. Also got a phone case and screen protector with it. Delivery was fast and reliable. Definitely shop with them again :)
iPad arrived in excellent condition, as advertised. I was kept informed as to tracking and any changes in my order. No problems whatsoever- I would definitely recommend Phonebot, based on this experience. Thanks.

Really happy with my purchase for my mum. Delivery was reasonable and the phone which I chose to be near new was in fact near new condition. No visible mark and the battery was 90% healthy which was better than expected. The best part, received a free (nice rust colour) sustainable phone wallet AND a protective transparent case also. Their customer service is excellent, they assisted me with a damaged delivery label in record breaking time. And this time I got an iPad Pro. And it is absolutely immaculate, let me show you…
You see Phonebot not only supplies a quality, clean, like new product if it’s advertised that way, it’s others are in excellent condition regardless and you get warranty.And the service you are looking for. Don’t waste your time with others. Phonebot is #1.
You can tell they have thoroughly inspected and tested any products before resell.
And they are doing this planet a much needed service.

I’ve only given the store 3 stars because they offer free shipping but didn’t use the correct parcel so I had to pay $8.75 to receive my parcel from the post office as they’d not only charged me the difference between the missing postage cost but also a penalty. an issue. I’ve had to pay another person to fix their rubbish product because it is impossible to speak to somebody OR get any kind of email conversation happening with these people. My purchase had a battery that was not even secured inside the case and also had glass underneath it which meant it rubbed through the battery and shorted it out …so not only is their customer service terrible but their product is faulty and useless. team I was able to very efficiently return phone via very easy returns process and they inspected it. A degraded screen was diagnosed and a replacement phone was provided promptly. Yes it was a frustrating few weeks wait because I didn’t have a working phone in the meantime (hence the purchase) and posting interstate back to tech crew but all in all I could not fault the respectful assistance and replacement process and would definitely go with this company again for a refurbished phone.
Follow-up · The replacement phone lasted a week before it stopped working and gave me battery warnings and never charged past 10 percent this was frustrating as I was overseas at the time and the phone was purchased for its improved camera. Galaxy Watch Classic 8, arrived in a non-original box, with a non-Samsung charger or band, but watch was totally unblemished, works fine but black quality bank stiff, but fine. New bands bought anyway. Watch works very well but screen freezes occasionally (known software issue, fixed by restart), so very happy with watch for the price. Show details
Follow-up · Watch is still working fine, MOST OF THE TIME. The touchscreen still locks up, and despite attempts to reprogram, it cannot send replies to texts. So have to restart it once or twice every couple of days. Otherwise happy with the look of the watch, especially with a metal bracelet.

We ordered 2 new phone cases. They were described as "wallet style" and claimed to "keeps your cards organised". There was no picture of the inside of the case. When we received them it only holds 1 card! When I asked to return for a refund I have been going in circles for almost a month with no resolution. Not happy at all. Thankful for the no questions asked refund although the product was faulty. It needed updating to th elatest software which glitched and would not complete the update. My $760 order from Phonebot was addressed and sent to the wrong State (Tasmania v NSW). Phonebots error. Now, 4 weeks later, the phone is still in Tasmania.
