Cooper & Co

I had never heard of Cooper & Co but they have great reviews on Google (not on productreview obviously, but I didn't look here before I purchased) and were literally the only online store I found who would deliver dining chairs to Gladstone QLD without charging hundreds of dollars extra for delivery - delivery for my order of 4 chairs and a lamp… Read more
was $12, which I admit I thought might be a mistake, but I went ahead with my order anyway just in case it wasn't. I also thought my chairs might come in some form of flat pack as the website wasn't clear, but thought that would be a fair trade off so long as they turned up and were generally as per the shop photos. The chairs I chose are quite funky in design and the only similar ones I found elsewhere were significantly more expensive (even without the delivery cost issues).
I ordered on 19 December and the chairs were delivered on 30 December by courier, which I found very fast given Christmas was in the middle. They came fully assembled and the quality is great - the material feels nice, the padding is firm and doesn't feel cheap, and the frames are solid. I'm super stoked and would not hesitate to recommend this store to others or to purchase again from them myself. Their prices are really reasonable and they have unique homewares that I haven't seen elsewhere. My lamp was on 'pre-order' so it shipped separately via Australia Post and arrived today - it's also really cool and well-made. It's nice to be able to write a fully positive review for once.

This time, I didn’t received the frame I ordered, but the courier said it was delivered. I tried to give them another chance, but I don’t trust my order to arrive and it’s like they don’t care if they don’t offer a good delivery… Read more
service. They shouldn’t sell online if they aren’t going to facilitate products getting to a paying customer.
2 weeks later still haven't received, parcel has been split in two, according to the tracking its been back and forth to numerous depots, attempted delivery (even though nothing on cameras), sent back, and now who knows where. I was excited to receive this, now looks like I'll be disputing the issue and won't be using them again
