I purchased 4 seater lounge suite , 2 recliner and 2 seater also a recliner end of 2022 one recliner the mechanism was faulty in the first6 weeks , repaired under warranty , but since then it has broken again out of warranty , chair when open and extended tilts to the right side Last week we noticed Leather pigment peeling on the other recliner , we have cared for these chairs as instructed in the warranty brochures I have read another persons review the same extremely disappointing and frustrating , advised that nothing can be done as out of warranty

Money first , customer last – Ordered 2 leather lounges from Harvey Norman Bundal they arrived April 2023 Coral Bay East Coast product. Lounges cleaned and conditioned with Oakwood leather care products. Oakwood are a Sabco product who specialises in correct scientific cleaners. We found 18months later parts of the Pigment was coming away from a head rest. We were then told by Harvey Norman. Blood pressure, diabetes, etc medication attacks the leather. A expert was sent out to inspect. Report Oakwood leather care was the fault. Oakwood replied not possible. We are left with a faulty leather which come from China. Take the customer's money then forget the sale. I would highly recommend not purchasing Coral Bay lounges.
