I had my first try at hot Yoga today …. Extremely enjoyable ALISON the instructor was fantastic, cannot wit for my next session. Also on my arrival Ky was so welcoming and showed me around, great service with a lovely attitude.

Scammers. No responsibility to ensure new members are up to speed with equipment. Taken hundreds of dollars out of my account and my fob never worked. No tour on joining up. Zero care or responsibility. Happy to take your money and deliver nothing. Avoid at all costs. Raise any issues and they will antagonise you and accept no responsibility for terribly trained staff. "Give us your money, we will give you nothing in return.

Really enjoy the classes & facilities at Frankston. Great pump class with Joni followed by floor Pilates with Daniel. Both instructors with obvious knowledge. Really enjoyed both. Continuing issues with the sound system though.

I enjoy the classes as all instructors I have encounted are friendly, positive and prepared for their class. Core 24 Mornington has a great facility and are at present doing renovations to enhance their facilities. Well done.

Absolute scandalous stay away. They con you into a year contract when the sales rep says it’s a months notice and you’re ok. I had my deportation documents given to me by the government forwarded them on & they still wanted the remaining payments, 0 empathy. Avoid at all costs their equipment is very poor and management are absolutely shocking.

Appalling accounts department telling me I have to come in to cancel / speak to account manager Joe , was told by receptionist Joe refuses to answer phone calls so I have to come in !! What is this place ???? I don’t recommend this unprofessional place at all , what a joke !

(Mornington Core24) Charge people through the roof and anb improvement fee on top of that quarterly. The equipment is rubbish and there is a broken window that hasn’t been fixed yet we pay an improvement fee not to mention the actual membership is a total rip off! not is cramped, even after the reno the gym floor is all over the shop. They’ve moved the shelving outside in the hallway so now you can’t keep an eye view of your bag etc. The space where the shelving was is now bare, so what was the point of moving It? The whole joint is soooo bland and zero vibe. Can’t even use sauna and massage chairs over 24hours has to be during staffed hours. So again WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR? Literally counting the days to cancel soon! Have already joined another gym way cheaper and the facilities make core24 franchise look like an absolute joke. DO NOT JOIN

The classes are always well structured due the experience level of the instructors. All care is taken for newbies and us regulars are always spurred on to try harder....

I canceled my contract after I was signed up on the highest membership they had for full access so was paying premium per week only to log into my account and find a bunch of extra fees added in each month they say for miscellaneous fees was told it’s extra to help keep the equipment up to date and functional the equipment is shoddy at best torn… Read more

seats on machines slide machines clunky and rusted. Not once during sign up were these fees disclosed obviously should have read the fine print but was guaranteed what the cost was by the staff signing me up took them at face value. There’s plenty of staff turn over due to management being pretty hard to deal with that’s from a number of former employees that I got to know well plus my former personal trainer. Owner holds people to contract and gets quite aggressive when he is caught out over charging people behind there back and just a shady character in general. Signed up with 8 friends was a member for almost 2 years before we all saw the hidden fees and we all bailed out. Don’t be fooled by the set up it has plenty of things going on but you will get stung

I have spoken with staff 4 separate times to update my membership, it would seem that they don't want to continue having members or at least make it easy for you

I really don't like how people are allowed to take their devices into the Salt Room. This is a place where people go to unwind, relax, and breathe in the salt, which has many health benefits. Such a shame. Also, in the mixed gym, some of the weight machines and equipment look and sound like they badly need replacing.

Love the pools, zumba and tht classes and the variety of equipment in the gyms. Great place to work out. Loved zumba today with Tomiko.

Switched to this gym from my old gym in South Melbourne - happy to say the facilities here are far ahead of what I'm use to, really happy with the 3 classes taken so far - great staff, trainers and friendly & helpful members - totally recommend Core24

Great Class – Great class THT on Thursday mornings with Daniel, good variety of aerobics and exercises

Great gym – Best gym I have ever been to, with a great range of class options & other outlets all within a close radius and easy to travel between them to catch different classes and use the gym facilities.

Core gym – It’s just brilliant the staff are amazing and friendly And they have a lot of classes available and the pool spa sauna and salt room So much to offer

Wonderful experience – Amazing experience. I am new to gyms and the whole experience from signing on as a member to taking my first classes has been fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and the instructors are very patient with me as a beginner. Very welcoming experience.

Awesome gym – Great range of classes on offer, good facilities, many gyms i the area and a lot of options. Great trainers

Aqua pool exercise – I have been going to Frankston core 24 for about 8 months now and have just recently had a lower back surgery and I have found the Aqua classes to be very helpful in this heated pool my flexibility has improved about 90% so I can fully recommend this Gym for great facilities and a friendly smile every time I go currently 3-4 times a week now I am hooked regards Tony Show details

time I can’t fault Core at all 14 out of 10 Note all the instructors are customer focus friendly and very very professional i with their classes their duties as instructors Frankston Core 24 is the best gym on the Mornington Peninsula Again you have got a big choice and variety of classes to attend as heaps to choose from all the instructors again are very very professional and well trained You can’t go wrong by joining Core 24 they got a total of five gyms do use

Best gym ever – Staff are so friendly, it’s my third year with core 24 gym , and I’m continuing my health and fitness journey here. Everyday I’m falling in love with new classes, they are just amazing.

Worst gym in the Peninsula – Would not recommend to my enemies. Fabio at Mornington tries all sorts of 2nd hand sales tricks to lock you into plans and pre payment options. Super bad energy and vibe.
