I bought a long sleeve top from the Martin Place store last week as I had lost my one jacket (I was visiting from Brisbane) and was cold of an evening. I wore it once and noticed a bit of a difference in the sleeve length but didn't think too much at the time. I went home the next day and when unpacking and folding it noticed what seemed like a much bigger difference in sleeve length - got the tape measure out and it was 9cm difference! I had not washed it, stretched it, done anything but wear it for a couple of hours. I immediately contacted the customer service email and for a week have had them tell me its terrible and they'll sort it but have done absolutely nothing apart from responding to my emails with platitudes. I'd give their after sales service zero and zero for product quality - this top should never have made it out of the factory.
