selections, she had it all recorded and priced for me. I emailed her a few times thereafter and she very punctually replied with updated information. I eventually placed the order and it was effortless. Regarding the lights, they have a very big selection to choose from and the lights differ in style from modern to traditional. There are indoor lights and outdoor lights on offer, which makes it a great 1-stop shop. I highly recommend Cosmo Lighting.

Drop shipping gone wrong – Purchased lamps with globes. Globes haven’t shown up. Was assured they were on the way with the lava lamp I ordered - didn’t order any lava lamps! Zero after sales service and obsviouy they have no idea what is happening in their business.. stay away!

go the extra mile to find the way. Along with their competence and expertise, finding solutions, they are always cheerful and most of all honest and their selection of lighting and fans is also second to none!

Its very sad that this has become a “gem hidden in the rough” as their shop front has been so badly compromised and hindered by this never-ending road works over the last YEARS, so despite this being a seeming deterrent, there is easy parking to the rear of the building so if you seek them out you too will be a happily returning customer!

Disappointed – Purchase a light and was told it would be available in 3 days. On the third day I called and they said it has been ordered and would be 2 more days. On the fifth day I called only to be told it is discontinued. They should have known that on the first day.

STEER CLEAR OF COSMO LIGHTING – Ordered a long bar light type fitting with 5 lights attached to be made and 2 x single lights, paid deposit and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks...surprisingly several days later received a phone call that fittings were ready for pick-up. direct it. George, the 60+ sweet-talking Greek who thinks himself somewhat of a Fabio said I was being picky when I rejected it and the 2 x single lights were not what I had ordered. George then told me he could only find 1 of the single lights I wanted so he picked out 2 others himself and told me those would do. I returned a third time to pick up the fittings but upon getting an electrician in to put them up, he advised the 2 x single fittings were not working. So once again I returned and this time asked for my money back, wanting nothing further to do with this business. A lady in the shop apologised but George remained silent and just handed over my refund from his wallet. What business should have been conducted satisfactorily in just 2 visits took 4 visits and no happy ending I'm afraid, just frustration and inconvenience.
