been done properly, in a way you don't find in most cheaper sets nowadays. I compared to my Target set and could see what she meant. The quality feels good and they were super soft and warm to sleep in (after washing first). They were packaged really nicely, so would make a good gift.

The process

So the website leaves a lot to be desired, don't even try checking out on your mobile phone! I did manage to get it sent to the right address but in the wrong name. I got a receipt immediately after paying but then no tracking or sent confirmation email. I ordered on 19 April 18. A week later I thought I would try and get in touch. As other reviews mention, the phone number is disconnected, the online form doesn't work and the email address seems to be ignored. I then saw Product Review and went 'oh oh'...this looks dodgy, bet they never arrive. So I was about to start a Paypal complaint on 6 May, when they turned up! With a mobile phone number listed!

So I rang the number to ask what was going on with this company.

The gentleman I spoke to for quite a while and he said they are working on creating a new site and business identity. (HQLinen), he said they have lost the services of the web site manager so the Cotton Affairs site is very out of date (still not sure why the phone is cut off...hmm) anyway I suggested he attend to his customer service urgently and he seemed to agree...so onwards and upwards!

Oh and they have changed their courier company so the experiences of other people on this site hopefully won't be repeated..delivery should be quicker...my order wasn't actually given to the couriers til 30 April...bit slack, but Anzac day may have impacted staff levels?

So this business is legit, just disorganised so far as I can tell. I can't speak for their other products (they design and manufacture their own brands), but I am very happy with what we received. The quality, price and free shipping, even to our regional area, is exceptional.

If you do have an issue you need to discuss anything you will find the mobile number of [name removed] on their HQLinen site.

Please be polite, I think he is trying his best.

great price and great product ! Excellent customer service – I would highly recommend cottonaffairs for their quick and easy web site.Great customer service I'm really impressed with the customer service .Since they changed their management this company is going well now.

Buyer Beware – Took far too long for product to be sent from Sydney to Melb. Customer service is non existent. Only when you place a dispute through Paypal do you get any action and product sent. Blamed Web guy who left for not getting any emails?? No one answers phone calls. Will not be ordering from this Company again.

Proceed with caution – My order took 4 weeks to arrive from SYD to MEL. Business phone number is not connected, web contact form doesn't work and they do not respond to Facebook messages. They posted to the billing address rather than the shipping address entered. When the sheets finally arrived, they are poor quality and the colour is not what was depicted in the photos. I would not order from this site again.

Disgusting! – Told that my product was out of stock. Have tried calling several times and no one answers. Total scam! Still owes me $200. What a joke of an online store! Stay away don't be fooled!

NO customer service and poor quality merchandise – I bought and paid for 2 sheets sets online and was immediately told they were not in stock and I would have to wait. When I tried to call the company on the number listed on their website it just comes up engaged. I tried multiple times with the same result. I also tried the number listed on their paypal account only to get a voicemail message… Read more

form a lady who emphatically stated that she had nothing to do with this company, knew nothing of their financial affairs and to please not leave a message.

When I disputed my transaction with Paypal, I was told that my item had miraculously been found in their warehouse and would be sent immediately. I just received it, only rather than the 2 sheet sets I paid for, there is only 1. And rather than the 500tread count it claims to be, it would struggle to be 250tc.

I have once again tried to call the company to discuss this and again, engaged signal only on their listed phone number.

I will never buy via this company again, and based on my experience I would suggest others do the same.

Very unprofessional and very poor customer service – Online services. They don't acknowledge the order, or provide an invoice, only acknowledgment of order was through PayPal. Had to raise dispute with PayPal to get any response. Order sent to wrong address, over 6 weeks delivery time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The merchandise is also not as advertised and of poor quality.
